एक दिन की मुनाफावसूली के बाद अमेरिकी बाजारों में बुधवार को खरीदारी लौटी, डाओ जोंस 337 अंकों की तेजी के साथ 43,077.70 पर बंद हुआ, जो कि एक रिकॉर्ड क्लोजिंग थी. हालांकि पूरे दिन डाओं में करीब 200 अंकों की रेंज में ही कारोबार हुआ. लेकिन सबसे ज्यादा खरीदारी स्मॉलकैप शेयरों में देखने को मिली, जिसकी वजह से रसल2000 इंडेक्स 1.5% से ज्यादा चढ़कर बंद हुआ. टेक और सेमीकंडक्टर शेयरों में बुधवार को तेजी जारी रही, Nvidia का शेयर 3% उछला. आज अमेरिका के सितंबर महीने के रिटेल बिक्री के आंकड़े आने वाले हैं, बाजार को इसका इंतजार रहेगा, इसका फेड पॉलिसी पर बड़ा असर रहता है.

Patna News: पटना में नकली शराब की फैक्ट्री का भंडाफोड़, पॉश इलाके में चल रहा था गोरखधंधा, दो गिरफ्तार
Patna News: राजधानी पटना में बुधवार की शाम में मद्य निषेध सहायक आयुक्त प्रेम प्रकाश के नेतृत्व में छापेमारी की गई. इस कार्रवाई में नकली अंग्रेजी शराब की फैक्ट्री का उद्भेदन हुआ. मिली जानकारी के अनुसार कांटी फैक्ट्री गांधीनगर नकली शराब की फैक्ट्री में चल रही थी. बहादुरपुर वार्ड संख्या 47 में गोलू सिंह लॉज के कमरे में शराब फैक्ट्री चल रही थी. इलाज के दौरान चार लोगों की मौत हो गई तथा सात अन्य लोगों का इलाज सदर अस्पताल सीवान और पीएमसीएच पटना में चल रहा है.

Section 245 — The Road Less Travelled
A class action is essentially an action instituted by a group of persons having the same interest. To avoid multiplicity of proceedings, Section 245(5) prohibits the initiation of two class action applications for the same cause of action. Orders passed by the NCLT under Section 245 are binding on the company, its members and depositors. Another interesting aspect is that while courts have largely crystallised the contours of Section 241 and the reliefs which may granted in such actions, class actions under Section 245 continue to remain unchartered territory. The NCLT’s treatment of these class actions will go a long way in determining whether class actions become the new staple in India.

IRRI bats for mechanised direct seeded rice practice
BHUBANESWAR : Scientists of International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) on Wednesday advised farmers to adopt mechanised direct seeded rice (DSR) practice in place of broadcasting and transplantation of paddy. Addressing an agriculture workshop here, IRRI scientist Ashok Kumar Yadav said the DSR method reduces water requirement by 40 per cent. The method can also be applied to other crops like pulses and oilseeds for lower production cost and higher yield, he said. The Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) will support the expansion of the DSR technology through Krishi Vigyan Kendra, said Manoj Mishra, dean of research at OUAT. In the current year, IRRI has provided mechanical support and training to farmers for DSR cultivation in approximately 12,000 hectare of land in the state.

बिहार सरकार ने पुलिस के सभी अनुसंधानकर्ताओं को लैपटॉप और स्मार्टफोन देने का निर्णय लिया है ताकि वे अपने कार्य में डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड रख सकें। इसके लिए सरकार ने 190.63 करोड़ रुपये स्वीकृत किए हैं। इसके अलावा मंत्रिमंडल ने कई अन्य प्रस्तावों को भी स्वीकृति दी जिनमें 132 गांवों में विद्युत तार के जरिए बिजली पहुंचाना फार्मासिस्ट नियुक्ति नियमावली में संशोधन और विभिन्न विभागों में पदों के सृजन शामिल हैं।राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। Bihar News: बिहार सरकार ने पुलिस के सभी अनुसंधानकर्ता (आइओ) को लैपटाप और स्मार्ट फोन की आपूर्ति करने का निर्णय लिया है। सरकार ने माना है कि अब तीन नए आपराधिक कानूनों के प्रविधान में कांड के अन्वेषण के लिए डिजिटल रिकार्ड संरक्षित रखना अनिवार्य है। अनुसंधान कार्य जैसे घटना स्थल का निरीक्षण, गवाहों के बयानों के अभिलेख और तलाशी-जब्ती की कार्रवाई का डिजिटल रिकार्ड अनिवार्य है। लिहाजा अनुसंधानकर्ता को अपने कार्य में किसी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो इसके लिए पुलिस के सभी आइओ को इलेक्ट्रानिक साधन जैसे लैपटाप और स्मार्टफोन देने का निर्णय लिया गया है।मंगलवार को मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में हुई मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में इस प्रस्ताव के साथ 22 प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत किए गए। इन उपकरणों की खरीद पुलिस मुख्यालय के स्तर पर होगी। लैपटाप और स्मार्ट फोन खरीद के लिए सरकार ने 190.63 करोड़ रुपये स्वीकृत किए हैं। 132 गांवों में अब विद्युत तार के जरिये पहुंचेगी बिजली कैमूर और रोहतास जिले के पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों के 177 बसावट (132 गांव) के 21,644 घरों को अब सीधे ग्रिड से बिजली की आपूर्ति होगी। मंत्रिमंडल ने इस कार्य को प्राथमिकता में करने के लिए पुर्नोत्थान वितरण क्षेत्र योजना से 117 करोड़ रुपये की योजना स्वीकृत की है। बता दें कि अभी तक इन गांवों में सोलर लाइट के जरिये विद्युत आपूर्ति की व्यवस्था थी। परंतु यह कारगर साबित नहीं हो रही थी।
