Israel launched strikes on Beirut's southern suburbs on Monday, Lebanese state media reported. The strikes came after Hezbollah said that it had launched rockets and drones at Israel overnight in retaliation for the killing of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Israel and Lebanon agreed to a US-mediated ceasefire in 2024, ending more than a year of fighting with Hezbollah that culminated in heavy Israeli strikes on the Iran-backed group.

जयपुर। रंगों का दो दिवसीय त्योहार होली आज से देश भर में मनाया जाएगा। फाल्गुन मास की पूर्णिमा के दिन हर साल होली दहन किया जाता है। भद्रा रहने के कारण होलिका दहन और धुलंडी की तारीखों को लेकर बना असमंजस दूर हो चुका है।ज्योतिषाचार्यों के मुताबिक, होलिका दहन फाल्गुन मास की प्रदोष व्यापिनी पूर्णिमा में किया जाता है। इसी प्रकार आज मध्य रात्रि बाद भद्रा पुच्छ काल में रात 1:26 से 2:38 बजे तक होलिका दहन के लिए श्रेष्ठ मुहूर्त रहेगा। गुलाबी नगर स्थित सिटी पैलेस में पूर्व राजपरिवार की ओर से होलिका दहन दो मार्च की मध्य रात्रि बाद किया जाएगा। इसी के बाद पूरे शहर में होली दहन की जाती है।ज्योतिषाचार्यों के मुताबिक, अगले दिन तीन मार्च यानी मंगलवार को धुलंडी का पर्व मनाया जाएगा। प्रदेश की भजनलाल सरकार की ओर भी आज और कल का सार्वजनिक अवकाश घोषित किया है।तीन मार्च को ही मनाई जाएगी धुलंडीज्योतिषाचार्य के मुताबिक, होलिका दहन के अगले दिन ही धुलण्डी पर्व मनाया जाता है। तीन मार्च को खग्रास चंद्रग्रहण होगा। हालांकि ये दोपहर 3:20 से शाम 6:47 बजे तक इसका समय होगा। सुबह 6:53 बजे से सूतक काल प्रारम्भ हो जाएगा। राजधानी जयपुर में चंद्रोदय शाम 6:30 बजे रहेगा। चंद्र ग्रहण 17 मिनट दृश्यमान होगा।आपको बता दें कि होली दहन के बाद धुलंडी का पर्व अगले दिन दोपहर तीन बजे तक मनाया जाता है। इसी कारण धुलंडी पर्व पर चंद्र ग्रहण का प्रभाव नहीं रहेगा। धुलंडी पर गणगौर पूजन का समय सुबह 6 से 6.53 बजे तक रहने वाला है।PC: navbharattimes.indiatimesअपडेट खबरों के लिए हमारा वॉट्सएप चैनल फोलो करें

In fairness to the Court, it would likely not have taken offence to the passages had these had been in any other book. However, instances of judicial corruption are real and censoring textbooks is not a corrective measure. The Court, perhaps, saw the textbook as an attempt to intimidate the judiciary. But, such critical references had been used in chapters dealing with the government or the political executive as well. The problem is not that the textbook selectively targets the judiciary; it is that the judiciary selectively targets certain portions.
