Tinelli satirizes me in a bad way before 3 million people on television [but] takes offense over 30,000 Twitter users,” concluded Macri. In fact, sources from the Macri administration told La Nación that “everything is OK”: “They cleared everything up,” the source added. A part of the program features parodies of celebrities and politicians, and during the past days, Tinelli has been very critical of the Macri administration. But there were 30,000 Twitter users that criticized him. It looks like things went pretty well: after the meeting, Macri tweeted a video of the two face swapping on Tinelli’s Snapchat account.

According to Clarín, this plan is the first of its kind in Argentina, where the tragedy of gender-based violence has continued to weigh heavily on the nation. President Mauricio Macri said, “Gender-based violence is what impacts us the most. The plan is expected to make use of technology like ankle monitors on offenders and cellphone tracking software. In the audience were several family members of recent victims of gender-based violence, including the mother of Angeles Rawson, who was murdered by her doorman, and the mother of Lola Chomnalez, who was murdered during a summer vacation in Uruguay.

"It sounded a reasonably upbeat tone, not a big difference from last time, but a reasonably upbeat tone," said Kathy Jones, chief fixed income strategist at Charles Schwab and Co. The Federal Reserve left interest rates unchanged on Wednesday but said near-term risks to the US economic outlook had diminished, opening the door to a resumption of monetary policy tightening this year. The Fed is most likely to wait until December to raise rates, according to a Reuters poll of economists. The US central bank said the economy had expanded at a moderate rate and job gains were strong in June. While Fed policymakers said they continued to closely monitor inflation data and global economic and financial developments, they indicated less worry about possible shocks that could push the US economy off course.

Read more: Argentines Raid Supermarkets For Oil Ahead Of Price HikesThere is a butter shortage in Argentine supermarkets and the momentary shortage has hiked up prices. While butter is following oil off our supermarket’s shelves, their absences stem from different causes. The president of the Chamber of Small Dairy Businesses, Pablo Villano, has attributed the butter shortage in part to lower prices being paid to producers at the beginning of the year, which discouraged dairy production. Villano also attributed the butter scarcity to the autumn climate in the provinces of Cordoba and Santa Fe, which led to a drop in production and unfortunately, when dairy production drops, butter suffers the most. To avoid this in the future, Villano said that dairy production “will have to be regulated come spring.”However, we may not have to endure too may days of naked toast.

Tonight, Hollywood in Cambodia and POST Bar are hosting the opening gallery show of Buenos Aires native and renowned street artist Ice. The name of his exhibition, “De la A a la Seta” (a riff on “from A to Z”) hints at the subject of the show – in Spanish, “seta” means mushroom – and also suggests the organization of his showpieces. As he is experimenting with a new form of presentation, Ice is also exploring new and varied creative techniques. Through the door, a rooftop lounge with an industrial facade mural-painted in the gaudy surrealism of bare-bones street art. What ties these pieces together is the common use of of a bell-headed shroom, which is something of a symbol for Ice.

The crime known as the Double Murder of Unicenter involved the deaths of two Colombians who belonged to the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC), a paramilitary group linked to drug trafficking. If the gun isn’t a match to the projectiles found at the scene, that suspect list will quickly change. Read more: Football Hooligan Marcelo Mallo Testifies Regarding 2008 Unicenter MurdersJudge Sandra Arroyo Salgado had ordered for the gun, a .40 caliber Tanfoglio, to be processed after it was revealed that a similar gun was used to shoot the projectiles found at the Double Murder scene. The killing of 85-year-old Father Jacques Hamel, forced to his knees by Islamist militants who then slit his throat, sent a deep chill over the World Youth Day event. He said that a string of recent attacks, including the murder of a priest in France, was proof that the "world is at war". Police have not raised the threat level for the gathering of more than a million Catholic youth from around the world, sometimes called the "Catholic Woodstock". However, speaking to reporters aboard the plane taking him to Poland, the pope said he was not talking about a war of religion, but rather one of domination of peoples and economic interests. "Pope John Paul II said that we should be tolerant and not resort to force.

So good news to commuters: the cost of your underground ride will not be going up from AR $4.50 to AR $7.50 today. “Subte prices are absolutely inflated. Yesterday an injunction presented by auditor Facundo Del Gaiso was upheld effectively putting the Subte ride price increases scheduled to come into effect today on hold. I’m not saying we are happy to do it, but today everyone admits that AR $4.50 is a really low fare take the Subte,” he said. We also put into question the amount of money destined to subsidize the Subte company, as it has grown exponentially since 2012 and reached AR $2.1 billion in 2016,” Del Gaiso told Infobae yesterday.

Wednesday, July 27, 2016 S.Korea rejects Argentine wheat due to GMOBy Jane ChungReutersSEOUL — South Korea rejected a shipment of Argentine feed wheat after finding unapproved strains of genetically modified organisms (GMO) in the cargo, Korea’s agriculture ministry said yesterday. Shift to AsiaAmple Argentine wheat supplies and the low grain quality have pressured prices and boosted feed wheat shipments to Asia. It imported 396,900 tons of Argentine feed wheat in June out of total imports of 910,946 tons, according to the statement. “When you analyze the destinations that Argentine feed wheat is being shipped to, there has been a radical shift toward Asia,” said Leandro Pierbattisti, chief analyst with Argentina’s grains warehousing chamber. South Korea, Asia’s fourth-largest economy, mostly imports feed wheat from Australia, India, Ukraine and Canada.
