The word property is inextricably linked to the word ownership, as there can be hardly a property without ownership and ownership without property. Now that the concept of property is established and property has come into existence, states have enacted numerous legislations to protect, safeguard and control property. Also worthy of mention, is the concept of condition or condition precedent. This is the effect of condition precedent in a document. Condition precedent has been defined as one which delays the vesting of a right until the happening of an event.

The husband of the female co-pilot who was flying a passenger plane which crashed into a gorge in Nepal was also a pilot who died in a plane crash 16 years ago. Khatiwada was able to pay for her flying lessons with the insurance payout she received following Pokhrel’s death. ‘On Sunday, she was flying the plane with an instructor pilot, which is the standard procedure of the airline,’ said a Yeti Airlines official, who knew Khatiwada personally. I have deliberately elected not to comment frontally on former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s New Year letter to Nigerian youths, of all segments of Nigeria’s population, because the writer behaves like Satan preaching Christ to unbelievers! The statistics of woes, disasters and misfortunes heaped upon Nigerian youths during and after Ali Must Go alone confirms Obasanjo as an inveterate enemy of Nigerian youths. The National Union of Nigerian Students, NUNS, was banned and its leader, Segun Okeowo, and many other student leaders rusticated. Nigerian youths, beware! To quote the inimitable MKO Abiola: With a friend like Obasanjo, Nigerian youths do not need an enemy!

Sule (by SMS)The normal frequency for bowel movements can range from once a week to three times a day. What matters is if your habit changes, because everybody is different.
