Uttarakhand city news Dehradun स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग शिक्षकों और अधिकारियों समेत बीमार और नाकारा कर्मचारियों को अनिवार्य सेवानिवृत्ति देने की योजना बना रहा है। शिक्षा मंत्री धन सिंह रावत ने विभाग को ऐसे कर्मचारियों की सूची तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया है जो या तो गंभीर बीमारियों से पीड़ित हैं या अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने में असमर्थ हैं।हाल ही में विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक में मंत्री ने कहा कि बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारियों वाला विभाग होने के कारण अधिकारियों सहित कई कर्मचारी ऐसे हैं, जो गंभीर बीमारियों से पीड़ित हैं, जिसके कारण वे अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने में असमर्थ हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि विभाग में कार्यकुशलता बढ़ाने के लिए ऐसे सभी कर्मचारियों की पहचान की जानी चाहिए और उन्हें अनिवार्य सेवानिवृत्ति दी जानी चाहिए।मंत्री ने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि जो कर्मचारी कई दिनों तक अपनी ड्यूटी से अनुपस्थित रहते हैं, उन्हें भी सेवा से विरमित कर दिया जाये. गंभीर बीमारियों से पीड़ित शिक्षकों की पहचान करने और उन्हें अनिवार्य सेवानिवृत्ति देने के संबंध में मंत्री का आदेश महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि बड़ी संख्या में ऐसे शिक्षक और कर्मचारी हैं जो बीमारियों से पीड़ित होने का दावा करते हैं और उन्होंने अपने दावों के समर्थन में दस्तावेज भी जमा किए हैं। ऐसा माना जाता है कि कथित तौर पर ऐसे कई कर्मचारी हैं जिन्होंने आसानी से पहुंच वाले स्कूलों या कार्यालयों में स्थानांतरित होने के लिए बीमारी का बहाना बनाया है। स्थानांतरण अधिनियम की धारा 27 ऐसे कर्मचारियों को तबादलों में छूट देती है, जिसके कारण कई शिक्षक और अधिकारी बीमारी का बहाना बनाते हैं।मंत्री ने विभाग के अधिकारियों को कम छात्र नामांकन वाले स्कूलों की पहचान करने और उन्हें निकटतम क्लस्टर स्कूलों में विलय करने की व्यवस्था करने का भी निर्देश दिया है।

Toyota to build an electric vehicle factory in India
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) is the Indian joint venture of Toyota and the Kirloskar Group, focused on the production and sale of Toyota vehicles in India. According to media reports, this subsidiary has purchased land in Maharashtra for the factory. विश्वकर्मा इलाके में स्थित एक होटल के कमरों से 9 LED टीवी कस्टर बनकर आया बदमाश चोरी कर ले गया।जयपुर में एक होटल के 9 कमरों से LED टीवी चोरी करने का मामला सामने आया है। होटल में किराए से रुम लेकर रुके कस्टमर ने देर रात वारदात को अंजाम दिया। होटल के दूसरे कमरों के लॉक को मास्टर चाबी से खोल LED टीवी चुराई। विश्वकर्मा थाना पुलिस होटल में लगे CCTV. हेड कॉन्स्टेबल करतार सिंह ने बताया- विश्वकर्मा निवासी श्रवण कुमावत (35) ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। विश्वकर्मा इलाके में मिलन सिनेमा के सामने खुशी पैलेस के नाम से उनका होटल है। 26 सितम्बर को शाम करीब 4 बजे एक कस्टमर ने होटल में ठहरने के लिए किराए पर रुम लिया था। रुम रेंट के एवज में 500 रुपए जमा करवा दिए, बाकी बचे 300 रुपए सुबह चेकआउट पर देने की कहा। होटल में किराए पर कमरा लेकर बदायूं उत्तर प्रदेश निवासी हेयर मोहम्मद नाम का व्यक्ति ठहर गया।27 सितम्बर को सुबह 10 बजे चेक आउट नहीं करने पर उसे बुलाने गए। ऊपर जाकर कमरे को नोक करने के बाद भी कोई रिप्लाई नहीं आया। जोर से धक्का देने पर गेट खुलने पर कमरे के अंदर कोई नहीं मिला। कमरे की दीवार पर लगी LED टीवी गायब मिली। होटल में इधर-उधर कस्टमर को तलाशने पर गायब मिला। होटल के लॉक 9 कमरों को खोलकर देखा गया। 8 कमरों लगी LED टीवी भी गायब मिली। मास्टर चाबी से कमरों का लॉक खोलकर बदमाश ने LED टीवी चोरी कर ली।CCTV फुटेज में कैद मिली करतूतहोटल के एंट्रेस पर लगे CCTV फुटेज को खंगालने पर कस्टर बनकर ठहरे चोर की करतूत कैद मिली। सुबह करीब 4:15 बजे वह दो बड़े बैग में होटल से चुराई 8 LED टीवी को उठाकर ले जाते दिखाई दिया। होटल के रिसेप्शन पर मौजूद व्यक्ति के नींद में होने का फायदा उठाकर वारदात को अंजाम देकर फरार हो गया।पीड़ित श्रवण कुमावत का कहना है कि होटल में कमरा लेने आने पर उसकी पीठ पर एक बैग लटका था। लग रहा है कि पीठ पर लटके बैग में ही LED टीवी चोरी में यूज किए दोनों बड़े बैग रखे होंगे। होटल के कमरों से चार बेडशीट, पिलो कवर व कंबल भी गायब है। LED टीवी को टूटने से बचाने के लिए चोर ने उसका इस्तेमाल किया होगा।
