Kisan March: सिंघु बॉर्डर के दोनों सर्विस रोड बंद, फ्लाईओवर से गुजर रहे वाहन; दिल्ली में किसानों की एंट्री रोकने की पूरी तैयारी

MP News: जेएमएफसी कोर्ट ने पुलिस की जांच रिपोर्ट आने से पहले दे दिया फैसलाMP News: अवैध निर्माण से जुड़ा मामला, मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने रिवीजन कोर्ट के आदेश को सही ठहराया।HighLights जेएमएफसी कोर्ट को रिमांड किया गया है और पुलिस की जांच रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही आदेश जारी करने कहा गया है। कंचनपुर में रेल पटरी से सौ मीटर से कम के दायरे में अवैध रूप से निर्माण किए जा रहे हैं। पुलिस की जांच रिपोर्ट आने के पहले ही जेएमएफसी कोर्ट ने परिवाद निरस्त कर दिया।MP News: नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि, जबलपुर। मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने अवैध निर्माण से जुड़े एक मामले में कहा कि मामले में प्रारंभिक जांच हुई थी, लेकिन पुलिस थाने की जांच रिपोर्ट आने के पहले ही ट्रायल कोर्ट ने आदेश पारित कर दिया।हाई कोर्ट ने रिवीजन कोर्ट के उस फैसले को सही करार दिया, जिसमें मामला पुन: जेएमएफसी कोर्ट को रिमांड किया गया है और पुलिस की जांच रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही आदेश जारी करने कहा गया है। न्यायमूर्ति मनिंदर भट्टी की एकलपीठ ने अजय कुमार गुप्ता एवं संगीता गुप्ता की ओर से प्रस्तुत उस याचिका निरस्त कर दिया, जिसमें रिवीजन कोर्ट के फैसले को चुनौती दी गई थी।जबलपुर निवासी प्रदीप नारायण खरे की ओर से अधिवक्ता संदेश दीक्षित ने पक्ष रखा। उन्होंने दलील दी कि प्रदीप खरे ने सात फरवरी, 2018 को नगर निगम में शिकायत की थी कि कंचनपुर में रेल पटरी से सौ मीटर से कम के दायरे में अवैध रूप से निर्माण किए जा रहे हैं। निगम की जांच में भी दस्तावेज सही नहीं पाए गए।जब कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो जेएमएफसी कोर्ट में परिवाद दायर किया गया। इस मामले में न्यायालय ने ओमती पुलिस ने जांच कर रिपोर्ट पेश करने कहा था। पुलिस की जांच रिपोर्ट आने के पहले ही जेएमएफसी कोर्ट ने परिवाद निरस्त कर दिया।इसलिए प्रदीप नारायण खरे की ओर से रिवीजन पेश की गई। रिवीजन कोर्ट ने मामला पुन: जेएमएफसी कोर्ट में भेजकर कहा कि पुलिस की जांच रिपोर्ट पर विचार करने बाद ही आदेश जारी करें।

FPIs infuse over ₹15,000 crore in debt market in February
This followed a net investment of ₹19,836 crore in January, making it the highest monthly inflow in more than six years. According to the data, FPIs made a net investment of ₹15,093 crore in the debt markets in this month (till February 9). They have been injecting money in the debt markets for the past few months. FPIs infused ₹18,302 crore in the debt market in December, ₹14,860 crore in November, and ₹6,381 crore in October. Overall, the total FPI flows in 2023 stood at ₹1.71 lakh crore in equities and ₹68,663 crore in the debt markets.

The Amazon executive chairman notified the US Securities and Exchange Commission of the sale of 11,997,698 shares of common stock on February 7 and February 8. The collective value of the shares of Amazon, which is based in Seattle where he founded the company in a garage about three decades ago, was more than USD 2.04 billion, according to the listed price totals.
