रीवा। मनरेगा कार्यों की सोशल आडिट करने ग्राम पंचायत टिकुरी 32 पहुंची टीम के सामने पेश हुए एक किसान ने गोहार लगाते हुए कहा कि साहब, हम मुर्दा नहीं बल्कि जिंदा है। पटवारी कमलाकांत ने कम्प्यूटर में मृत दर्ज करा दिया है। ऑनलाइन शिकायत करने के पश्चात भी समस्या का निराकरण नहीं हो सका है।“सीएम पानीले वायरल वीडियो में किसान काशी प्रसाद का सीधा आक्षेप तत्कालीन पटवारी कमलाकांत पर है। आरोप है कि जमीन नापजोख के लिये पटवारी द्वारा 10 हजार रुपये की मांग की गई थी जो नहीं दिये गये लिहाजा पटवारी ने शासन के ऑनलाइन रिकॉर्ड में उसे मृत दर्ज करा दिया। किसान काशी प्रसाद का यह भी आरोप व शिकायत है कि उसने वर्ष 2022 से अब तक में सीएम हेल्पलाइन में कई बार शिकायत दर्ज कराई है किन्तु आज तक उसका निराकरण नहीं हो सका है। यह मामला शासन की व्यवस्था पर बड़ा सवालिया निशान है। कारण कि सीएम हेल्पलाइन का उद्देश्य यही है कि किसी भी समस्या का यथोचित निराकरण किया जाय। मगर किसान काशी प्रसाद के मामले में सीएम हेल्पलाइन भी हेल्पलेस साबित हो रही है? उसके अलावा भारत विकसित संकल्प यात्रा में पूरा सरकारी तंत्र इसलिए उतारा गया था कि जनता की समस्या को सुना जाय और उसको निराकृत किया जाय। शासन की योजनाओं पर संकल्प यात्रा का विशेष फोकस था। बावजूद उसके भी काशी प्रसाद कुशवाहा की समस्या जस की तस है। अभी तक कम्प्यूटर में काशी प्रसाद डेड ही हैं।”रीवा जिले के लिये यह कोई नई बात नहीं है। यहां कभी भूतों के नाम पर मजदूरी का भुगतान कर दिया जाता है तो कभी स्वर्ग सिधार चुके लोकसेवक की ड्यूटी लगा दी जाती है। तथा मृत कर्मचारी के विरुद्ध विभागीय जांच संस्थित कर दी जाती है।जनपद गंगेव की ग्राम पंचायत टिकुरी-32 का एक कमाल का मामला आलोक में आया है। विगत दिनों मनरेगा की सोशल आडिट करने ग्राम पंचायत टिकुरी-32 पहुंची टीम के समक्ष यह मानकर कि उसकी बात शासन-प्रशासन के कानों तक पहुंचेगी, हाजिर होकर किसान काशी प्रसाद कुशवाहा ने बताया कि वह जिंदा है फिर भी उसे प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है।योजना के आरंभ काल से लगातार सम्मान निधि की 5 किश्त प्राप्त कर चुके काशी प्रसाद कुशवाहा का आरोप है कि हल्का पटवारी द्वारा जानबूझकर उसे कम्प्यूटर से मृत दर्ज करा दिया गया है जिसके कारण उसे सम्मान निधि का लाभ मिलना बंद हो गया है। इस मामले का एक वीडियो भी वायरल हो रहा है। सामाजिक अंकेक्षण टीम के सामने अपनी वेदना को सुनाते हुये किसान काशी प्रसाद कुशवाहा तनय लल्लू प्रसाद कुशवाहा 46 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम टिकुरी-32 द्वारा बताया गया कि वर्ष 2018 में पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना की शुरूआत हुई थी तब से उसे सम्मान निधि के रूप में 2-2 हजार रुपये की कुल 5 किश्तों को भुगतान प्राप्त हुआ किन्तु उसके बाद किसान सम्मान निधि मिलना बंद है।उसे न पीएम और न ही सीएम किसान सम्मान निधि का लाभ मिल रहा है। काशी प्रसाद के मुताबिक जब उन्होंने ऑनलाइन कम्प्यूटर से जानकारी निकलवाई तो पता चला कि वर्ष 2020 में ही उनको मृत घोषित कर दिया गया है। जाहिर है जो शासकीय रिकॉर्ड में मुर्दा हो गया है उसे किसी भी योजना का लाभ कैसे मिलेगा? तब से गरीब किसान काशी प्रसाद खुद को जिंदा सिद्ध करने में लगा हुआ है, ताकि उसे पुनः किसान सम्मान निधि का लाभ मिल सके। मगर अफसोस है कि शासन-प्रशासन की निगाह में काशी प्रसाद अपने को सालों बाद भी जिंदा साबित नहीं कर पाया है। अभी न जाने उसे और कितने दिनों तक यूं ही भटकना पड़े? उसका कहना है कि विकसित भारत संकल्प यात्रा दौरान क्षेत्र में आये तहसीलदार को पूरा प्रकरण बताया गया था। उन्हें कम्प्यूटर से निकाले गये मृत दर्ज होने का अभिलेख भी दिखाया गया था। तहसीलदार ने समस्या के निराकरण का आश्वासन दिया था। किन्तु अभी तक नतीजा शून्य है।

‘No restrictions on Congress using bank accounts’
This comes after news reports of a Congress party leader saying on Friday that the party’s bank accounts were unfrozen by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) after the party filed an appeal before it. The party earlier in the day said that tax authorities had frozen its main bank accounts, impacting all political activity, www.hindustantimes.com reported on Friday. Queries emailed to the spokesperson for the finance ministry and to the Congress party on Friday evening remained unanswered till press time. The alleged tax dues are about ₹103 crore, later modified to ₹105 crore and an interest amount of ₹32 crore, the person said. From different accounts of the party, ₹115 crore is being attached by the tax department, which is allegedly due, the person said.

Indian-origin software engineer identified as suspect in family murder-suicide in United States
Anand Henry, an Indian-origin former Meta software engineer is suspected of killing his wife and twin sons before turning a gun on himself in a gruesome murder-suicide in the US state of California, according to authorities. “Our investigation shows Benziger succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds, while Henry suffered from a single shot,” police said in a statement on Thursday. According to his LinkedIn profile, Henry used to work at Meta as a software engineer and before that for Google in a similar role. He was working in artificial intelligence at the time of his death, according to his profile. According to court records, the husband filed for divorce in December 2016 but apparently did not go through with it.

Now dozens are being repatriated to the Himalayan nation, part of a growing global effort to return such items to countries in Asia, Africa and elsewhere. Last month, four idols and masks of Hindu gods were returned to Nepal from the U.S. by museums and a private collector. Among them was a 16th-century statue of Uma-Maheswara, an avatar of the gods Shiva and Parvati, that was stolen four decades ago. The majority of Nepal’s 29 million people are Hindu, and every neighbourhood has a temple that houses such items.
