Google reinstates popular Indian apps in Play Store, government says delisting cannot be permitted
Amidst the Indian government taking exception to Google’s move to delist nearly ten Indian Apps from its Play Store, the tech giant on Saturday reinstated several of them. This was largely because these apps decided to comply with Play Store billing policy with many of them opting to operate on consumption-only basis. All the five apps of Info Edge —flagship Naukri App, Naukri Recruiter, Naukrigulf, 99acres and Shiksha, besides shaadi.com now stand reinstated on Play Store. He said communication has gone to Google about reinstating these apps on Play Store. This cannot be ....this type of delisting cannot be permitted,” Vaishnaw said.

(Reuters)According to a new poll released on Saturday by The New York Times and Siena College, 10% of respondents who supported Biden in 2020 now plan to cast ballots for Trump in November. And when it comes to Trump, his less than 0.5 percent of 2020 supporters intend to support Biden. While Biden has the support of 83 percent of his former voters, Trump is being backed by 97 percent of his 2020 followers. 72 percent of those voters had supported Biden in 2020 elections, giving him a nearly 50-point lead over Trump.

But heatwave durations have exceeded eight days in some parts of central and northwestern India, Odisha and coastal Andhra Pradesh. The IMD declares a heatwave when the normal maximum temperature at a site ranges between 4 degrees Celsius and 5 degrees Celsius above the normal for that site or when the maximum temperature remains 45 degrees Celsius or higher irrespective of the normal maximum temperature.
