"This will promote a competitive market for supply and distribution of ATF to the airport 'on-site' storage facilities," it said. Out of the 17.12 million tonnes of aviation turbine fuel (ATF) produced by public and private sector refineries, 8.2 million tonnes is consumed within the country and the rest is exported. Third parties have access to pipelines going into the airport but in absence of storage they can't supply much. "There are a few other ATF pipelines which are being operated by the OMCs, which also need to be declared as common/contract carriers," the regulator had said.

Trai wants auction of all available spectrum
It has also suggested the government auction spectrum in the 800MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2,100MHz, 2,300MHz and 2,500MHz bands in the auction, which will be the biggest ever sale of radio waves in India. The auction of 700MHz spectrum has been opposed by telecom operators, including Bharti Airtel Ltd and Idea Cellular Ltd, till devices and equipment that can operate using the airwaves are available. The auction generated ₹ 1.1 trillion; 89% of the spectrum put up for sale in 800MHz, 900MHz, 1,800MHz and 2,100MHz bands was sold. In its latest recommendations, Trai has said that the 35MHz of 700MHz band spectrum should be auctioned in blocks of 5Mhz across the country. Trai has essentially pegged the value of the 700MHz band at four times the last price of the 1,800MHz band spectrum, a calculation operators say is flawed.

आपसी कहासुनी को लेकर दो पक्ष आपस में भिड़ गए। इस दौरान दोनों पक्षों ने घरों की छतों से एक-दूसरे पर जमकर फायरिंग और पथराव किया। मामला डीग जिले की कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्र के गांव भिलमका का है। घटना की सूचना पर डीएसपी प्रेम बहादुर सिंह मौके पर पहुंचे।. डीएसपी ने बताया- सुबह 10 बजे सूचना मिली कि भिलमका गांव में दो पक्ष आपस में भिड़ गए हैं। सूचना पर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची। मामले में तीन लोगों कलीम (25), मुस्तफा (19) और जाहुल (24) को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। झगड़े में जब्बार (33) के हाथ में चोट लगी है।झगड़े में लोगों ने एक-दूसरे पर पथराव और फायरिंग की।डीएसपी प्रेम बहादुर सिंह ने बताया- 10 दिन पहले बच्चों की बात को लेकर हाजी मजीद और असलम में झगड़ा हो गया था। इसके बाद दोनों पक्षों ने मिलकर राजीनामा कर लिया था। रविवार शाम 7 बजे असलम के बेटे मुस्तफा के साथ हाजी पक्ष के लोगों ने मारपीट कर दी। मुस्तफा घर पहुंचा और घरवालों को मारपीट के बारे में बताया।रात 10 बजे दोनों पक्ष आमने- सामने हो गए। गांव वालों का आरोप है कि रात को दोनों पक्षों के बीच जमकर फायरिंग हुई है। पुलिस मौके पर पहुंचे तो फायरिंग के साक्ष्य नहीं मिले। सोमवार सुबह 10 बजे एक बार दोनों पक्ष फिर आमने-सामने हो गए। एक-दूसरे पर पथराव-फायरिंग की।
