कपूरथला में स्कूटी चोरी का वीडियो वायरल:सीसीटीवी फुटेज।कपूरथला शहर के पॉश एरिया मॉडल टाउन में घर के बाहर खड़ी एक्टिवा को चुराने आए एक युवक से जब एक्टिवा नहीं खुली तो डिक्की से दस्तावेज व एक पार्सल चोरी कर फरार हो गया। हालांकि यह घटना नजदीक ही एक घर में लगे CCTV कैमरे में कैद हो गई है। वहीं घटना की सुचना स. जानकारी देते हुए चंदन अग्रवाल पुत्र नरेश अग्रवाल वासी मोहल्ला अरफवाला ने बताया कि वह अपनी एक्टिवा पर सवार होकर अपने एक दोस्त को मिलने के लिए मॉडल टाउन गया था। एक्टिवा उसने उसके घर के बाहर खड़ी की थी। लेकिन जब वह कुछ समय बाद बाहर आया तो देखा कि स्कूटी की डिग्गी खुली हुई थी, और डिग्गी से दस्तावेज, एक पार्सल व इंश्योरेंस के कागजात गायब थे।सीसीटीवी में चोरी करते दिखा युवक।सीसीटीवी के आधार पर मामले की जांच में जुटी पुलिसउसने जब नजदीक लगे CCTV को चेक किया तो उसमें चोर की सारी घटना कैद हो गई थी। उसने CCTV फुटेज कब्जे में लेकर सिटी थाना पुलिस को शिकायत दे दी है। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।

Scientists from St. Petersburg University and the China University of Petroleum (Beijing) have developed a new method for analysing geophysical data that makes it possible to determine the direction of microcracks in rocks located deep below the Earth’s surface. The innovation will facilitate drilling wells for hydrocarbon production along these cracks, thereby dramatically increasing the efficiency of recovery in highly depleted fields. The results of the study have been published in the Proceedings of the International Field Exploration and Development Conference 2023. Seismic exploration is the only method that currently makes it possible to look inside the Earth to a depth of up to 15 km without drilling, and to obtain detailed three-dimensional images of geological layers. “We proposed, and provided justification for, a special method for analysing seismic data to determine the azimuth of natural cracks.

Delhi Weather: Hot Monday, mercury expected to touch 45 deg Celsius
Delhi is likely to witness an uncomfortably hot Monday with the mercury expected to settle at 45 degrees Celsius during the day, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said. Delhiites woke up to a warm morning with the minimum temperature settling at 29.2 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average, according to the IMD. The relative humidity at 8.30 am stood at 43 per cent. The IMD has forecast partly cloudy skies, heatwave to severe heatwave conditions, and strong surface winds during the day. It said the maximum temperature is expected to settle at 45 degrees Celsius.
