दिल्ली में घोड़ी की दर्दनाक हत्या, पेट और गर्दन को चाकू से गोदा
Delhi Crime News दिल्ली में एक घोड़ी की हत्या कर दी गई। मालिक की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज किया है। महेंद्रा पार्क पुलिस सीसीटीवी फुटेज से आरोपितों का पता लगा रही है। घोड़ी के पेट और गर्दन में घाव के निशान मिले हैं। यह हत्या क्यों की गई है इसका अब आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद ही पता चल पाएगा।जागरण संवाददाता, नई दिल्ली। जहांगीरपुरी थाना क्षेत्र में घर के बाहर बंधी एक घोड़ी के पेट व गर्दन में चाकू गोदने का मामला सामने आया है। इससे घोड़ी की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। घोड़ी मालिक ने इसकी सूचना तुरंत पुलिस को दी। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने घोड़ी का शव कब्जे में लेकर पशु चिकित्सालय के शवगृह में पोस्टमॉर्टम के लिए रखवा दिया। महेंद्रा पार्क पुलिस ने घोड़ी के मालिक के बयान पर पशु क्रूरता अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। घटनास्थल के आसपास लगे सीसीटीवी फुटेज पुलिस खंगाल रही है।रात में बंधी हुई थी घोड़ी उत्तरी-पश्चिमी जिला पुलिस को घोड़ी मालिक विपिन रावत ने बताया कि वह परिवार के साथ जहांगीरपुरी स्थित डीडीए फ्लैट्स में रहते हैं। सी ब्लॉक में उत्तम बैंड के नाम से उनका कार्यालय है। विपिन ने पुलिस को बताया कि बीते रविवार की रात कार्यालय के पास ही घोड़ी बांधी हुई थी। खून से लथपथ थी घोड़ी रात करीब 11:15 बजे घोड़ी सही सलामत थी। सोमवार तड़के पड़ोसी ने फोन कर बताया कि आपकी घोड़ी खून से लथपथ नीचे गिरी हुई है। विपिन ने बताया कि घटनास्थल पर पहुंचते ही देखा कि उनकी घोड़ी खून से लथपथ पड़ी है। गले और पेट पर कई घाव के निशान थे। जिससे काफी खून बह रहा था।

फरीदाबाद में शॉर्ट सर्किट से कार स्वाहा, VIDEO:फरीदाबाद के बल्लभगढ़ में बिजली के तारों के नीचे खड़ी कार में आग कार लग गई। कार देखते ही देखते कुछ ही मिनटों में स्वाहा हो गई। घटना सेक्टर 3 में हाउसिंग बोर्ड कॉलोनी में हुई। यहां कार बिजली की तारों ने नीचे खड़ी थी।. स्थानीय लोगों ने आग लगने वजह शॉर्ट सर्किट को बताया है। इसके तुरंत बाद फायर ब्रिगेड और स्थानीय पुलिस को इसकी जानकारी दी गई। पुलिस जब तक दमकल की टीम के साथ पहुंची तब तक कार पूरी तरह से जल चुकी थी।इसके साथ आग पास की तारों में भी आग लग गई, जिससे पूरे इलाके की बिजली ठप हो गई है।कार की दो तस्वीरें...कार में आग लगने बाद इसकी चपेट में आस पास की बिजली की तारे भी आ गई।

मवेशी बांधने के बाड़े में पढ़ते हैं 169 बच्चे, VIDEO:जिला मुख्यालय से 45 किलोमीटर दूर भगवानपुरा ब्लॉक के जूनापानी गांव के स्कूल में डर के साए में पढ़ाई हो रही है। 49 साल पुराने भवन जर्जर में शिक्षक बच्चों को पढ़ाना जोखिम भरा समझते हैं।. वे गांव में ही 400 वर्गफीट के पशु बाड़े के शेड में पहली से 8वीं तक 169 बच्चों की कक्षा लगा रहे हैं। खुली जगह व आसपास बंधी बकरियों के बीच पढ़ाई हो रही है। हल्की बारिश से बचने के लिए टपरी की छत पर तिरपाल डाली गई है। तेज बारिश आने पर स्कूल की छुट्टी करना पड़ती है।जूनापानी प्राथमिक स्कूल में 99 व माध्यमिक में 70 विद्यार्थी दर्ज हैं। स्कूल भवन की जर्जर छत से पानी टपकता है। कमजोर दीवारों से हादसे का डर है। विभागीय इंजीनियर भवन को डिस्मेंटल करने के अनुशंसा कर चुके हैं। बजट नहीं होने से स्कूल का निर्माण नहीं हो पा रहा है।मजबूरी में टपरी में लगाते हैं स्कूलप्रधानपाठक तिलक टेमरे ने बताया कि साल 1975 में बने भवन की स्थिति गंभीर है। छत से बारिश का पानी टपकता है और दीवारें पूरी तरह भीग जाती हैं। पूरा भवन पहले से ही कमजोर है और बारिश में दुर्घटना की आशंका बढ़ जाती है। बारिश में पशु बाड़े के शेड में स्कूल लगाना मजबूरी है।प्रस्ताव बुलाकर करेंगे निर्माणजिला शिक्षा केंद्र के डीपीसी एसके कानूडे का कहना है- जूनापानी स्कूल भवन निर्माण के लिए जल्द ही प्रस्ताव बुलाएंगे। समस्या का जल्द से जल्द निराकरण किया जाएगा।

कृषि मंत्री ने 6,800 करोड़ रुपये के तिलहन मिशन और 100 बागवानी क्लस्टरों के लिए 18,000 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश की घोषणा
हम फसल कटाई के बाद के बुनियादी ढांचे को बनाने के लिए 1.40 लाख करोड़ रुपये का निवेश कर रहे हैं. मंत्री ने आगे कहा कि सरकार 50,000 गांवों को जलवायु-अनुकूल इकाइयों के रूप में विकसित करेगी. उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि किसानों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण कृषि-रसायन उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कीटनाशक कानून में कुछ महत्वपूर्ण संशोधन किए जाएंगे. 6 प्राथमिकताएं2 अगस्त को उन्होंने घोषणा की थी कि सरकार ने कृषि क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए छह प्राथमिकताएं तय की हैं- उत्पादन बढ़ाना, उत्पादन लागत कम करना, किसानों को उचित मूल्य देना, फसल क्षति पर किसानों को वित्तीय राहत देना, फसल विविधीकरण और प्राकृतिक खेती. 1988 में, उन्होंने मेरठ में किसानों पर गोलीबारी की और 5 किसान मारे गए.... उन्होंने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर दिए गए अपने संबोधनों में नरेंद्र मोदी के प्रधानमंत्री बनने तक किसानों की अनदेखी की जाती रही.
