India to overtake China as oil demand growth centre in 2027: IEA

Budget 2024: 'बेरोजगारी और महंगाई दोनों में आ रही कमी', लोकसभा से अंतरिम बजट पारित, वित्त मंत्री का विपक्ष को करारा जवाब
जागरण ब्यूरो, नई दिल्ली। आगामी वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए गत एक फरवरी को पेश अंतरिम बजट को बुधवार को लोकसभा से पारित कर दिया गया। अंतरिम बजट पर लोकसभा में विपक्ष के सवालों का जवाब देते हुए वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा कि देश में बेरोजगारी और महंगाई दर में भी कमी आ रही है।उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने आगामी वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 में किसी भी कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के मद में कोई कटौती नहीं की है। सरकार की वित्तीय मजबूती की वजह से राजकोषीय घाटे के लक्ष्य को जीडीपी का 5.1 प्रतिशत रखा गया है, जबकि पहले यह लक्ष्य 5.2 प्रतिशत था।क्या कुछ बोलीं निर्मला सीतारमण? लोकसभा में चर्चा के दौरान बेरोजगारी व वर्क फोर्स को लेकर उठाए गए सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि सरकारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, वित्त वर्ष 2017-18 में बेरोजगारी दर छह प्रतिशत थी, जो वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 में घटकर 3.2 प्रतिशत हो गई। 2017-18 में यूथ वर्क फोर्स 38.2 प्रतिशत थे, जो वित्त वर्ष 22-23 में बढ़कर 44.5 प्रतिशत हो गए यानी कि इसमें 6.3 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी हुई। उन्होंने कहा,वर्क फोर्स में महिलाओं की भागीदारी भी लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है। असंगठित सेक्टर के श्रमिकों के लिए ई-श्रम पोर्टल की शुरुआत की गई है और इस पोर्टल पर अब तक 29 करोड़ श्रमिकों ने अपना पंजीयन किया है और इनमें 53 प्रतिशत महिलाएं हैं।यह भी पढ़ें: जब संसद में PM मोदी ने 'हुआ तो हुआ' का किया जिक्र, बोले- अमेरिका में बैठे हैं कांग्रेस के एक मार्गदर्शक...'सरकार सस्ते दाम पर कर रही आटा, दाल की बिक्री'सीतारमण ने महंगाई पर विपक्ष के सवालों के जवाब में कहा कि वर्ष 2022 के अप्रैल-दिसंबर में औसत महंगाई दर 6.8 प्रतिशत थी, जो वर्ष 2023 की समान अवधि में 5.5 प्रतिशत रही। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की तरफ से महंगाई कम करने के लिए लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं और सस्ते दाम पर भारत आटा, भारत दाल, भारत चावल व प्याज की बिक्री की जा रही है। इसका नतीजा है कि खुदरा महंगाई में कमी आई है।उन्होंने बताया कि 27.50 रुपए की दर से अब तक 2.37 लाख टन आटे की बिक्री हो चुकी है। वहीं, 25 रुपए की दर से 3.96 लाख टन प्याज बेचे गए हैं। वित्त मंत्री ने बताया,आगामी वित्त वर्ष में सरकार की सभी कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के साथ बहुआयामी गरीबी से जुड़े सभी मदों में चालू वित्त वर्ष की तुलना में अधिक आवंटन किए गए हैं।'PM पोषण के मद में 12,400 करोड़ का आवंटन'उन्होंने बताया कि विपक्ष के सदस्य ने पीएम पोषण में कम आवंटन की बात की थी, लेकिन असल में आगामी वित्त वर्ष में पीएम पोषण के मद में 12,400 करोड़ रुपए का आवंटन किया गया, जबकि चालू वित्त वर्ष में इस मद में 11,600 करोड़ रुपए का आवंटन किया गया था।कुछ सांसदों ने स्कूल के मद में आवंटन को लेकर सवाल उठाए थे। इसके जवाब में उन्होंने कहा कि चालू वित्त वर्ष के संशोधित अनुमान के तहत स्कूल के मद में 68,000 करोड़ रुपए आवंटित है, जबकि आगामी वित्त वर्ष में इस मद में 72,000 करोड़ रुपए का आवंटन किया गया है।यह भी पढ़ें: 'नेहरु जी कहते थे...', जब संसद में पीएम मोदी ने कांग्रेस को याद दिलाया पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री का लिखा पत्रसभी राज्यों को हो रहा PLI स्कीम का फायदा! उन्होंने कहा कि मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग प्रोत्साहन से जुड़ी प्रोडक्शन लिंक्ड स्कीम का फायदा लगभग सभी राज्यों को हो रहा है और इस स्कीम के तहत 24 राज्यों में उत्पादन शुरू हुआ है। 1.07 लाख करोड़ रुपए का निवेश हो चुका है और 3.2 लाख करोड़ का निर्यात किया जा चुका है।
