The May 27 awards ceremony honours digital innovation in various categories mirroring the changing news consumption patterns and engagement styles. The Congress on Wednesday claimed that farmers have suffered huge losses due to "unpredictable" import-export policies of the Modi government and asserted that under an INDIA bloc government such policies would be decided only after consultations with farmers and their organisations. Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh said the Congress has given five guarantees to the farmers -- legal guarantee for Minimum Support Prices (MSP), loan waiver, transforming PM Fasal Bima Yojana, new import-export policy and making farmers GST-free. ADVERTISEMENT"On import-export policy, I want to say that we need to put restrictions on imports and encourage exports. In his post on X along with the video statement, Ramesh said farmers have suffered huge losses due to the "unpredictable" import-export policies of the Modi government. DES MOINES, Iowa: More than 4 million chickens in Iowa will have to be killed after a case of the highly pathogenic bird flu was detected at a large egg farm, the state announced Tuesday. Last week, the virus was confirmed at an egg farm west of Minneapolis, Minnesota, leading to the slaughter of nearly 1.4 million chickens. Although bird flu has become somewhat common among poultry, its spread to cattle has added to worries about the disease. In May, a second dairy farmworker was diagnosed with bird flu, and the virus was detected in both beef and milk. It has been confirmed on dairy cattle farms in nine states.

The Commerce Department is working on finetuning the strategy and position to be adopted for negotiating free trade agreements (FTAs), including tackling of contemporary issues such as labour, environment and gender, to have optimum results. Senior government officials involved in India’s FTA negotiations from various Ministries, Departments, and government agencies participated in the programme. Speakers included experts in FTA negotiations, academicians, and seasoned legal professionals, apart from government officials. The participants also discussed how negotiating investment and trade together can create synergies, and the need for careful consideration of trade and the industrial policies together. India is in the midst of negotiating a number of ambitious FTAs including ones with the UK, the EU and Australia.

They ask us to impersonate female models and celebrities, and befriend the Americans using a script given by them. Once they got comfortable with us, we were asked to hand over our chats to our captors, who would scam the Americans using chat details,” he said. “There were three Russian and Chinese women on site, who would impersonate models and speak to them.

Bilaspur Railway News: नीलामी में बिक गए रेलवे पार्सल में रखे पानी बाटल, साइकिल व एसी का उपकरणरेल प्रशासन को मिला 12 हजार 350 रुपये राजस्व, रेलवे इन सामानों की बिक्री तभी करती है, जब बुकिंग में पहुंचे इन सामान को ले जाने के लिए कोई नहीं आता। इन्हें पार्सल कार्यालय में रखने की एक अवधि है।नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि, बिलासपुर । जोनल स्टेशन के पार्सल कार्यालय में रखे सामान की बोली लगी। इसमें स्प्लीट एसी का इनर, साइकिल व पानी बाटल बिक गए। इस नीलामी से रेलवे को 12 हजार 350 रुपये राजस्व मिला। राशि भले कम हो, लेकिन इससे पार्सल कर्मचारियों ने राहत की सांस ली है। दरअसल इन सामान की वजह से पार्सल में जगह नहीं रहती। इसके चलते अन्य सामान को रखने में दिक्कत होती है।जिन सामानों की बोली लगाई गई, वह उपभोक्ताओं के हैं। रेलवे इन सामानों की बिक्री तभी करती है, जब बुकिंग में पहुंचे इन सामान को ले जाने के लिए कोई नहीं आता। इन्हें पार्सल कार्यालय में रखने की एक अवधि है। इस अवधि के भीतर बुक सामान को ले जाना होता है। इसके बाद रेलवे इन्हें नीलाम कर देती है। यह प्रक्रिया समय-समय पूरी की जाती है। इस पर नीलामी में स्प्लीट एसी का इनर पोर्शन, साइकल एवं पानी बाटल रखे गए थे।इसकी सूचना पहले ही दे दी गई थी। यहीं कारण रहा कि बोली लगाने वालों की पार्सल कार्यालय में अच्छी भीड़ रही। इस नीलामी में खरीदार इसलिए अधिक संख्या में पहुंचते हैं क्योंकि, उन्हें कम कीमत भी बढ़िया सामान मिल जाता है। रेलवे इसलिए रुचि लेती है, क्योंकि इससे राजस्व में भी वृद्धि हुई। बोली लगाने पहुंचे लोगों को रेलवे ने यह जानकारी भी दी कि जल्द ही और सामान को नीलाम किया जाएगा। इसकी जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
