In Ghaziabad, a young man's suicide attempt by jumping into the Hindon Canal created a stir. Onlookers gathered, some filming the distressing scene as others watched helplessly. OPPO and Ericsson sign agreement for global 5G patent cross-licensing, business collaborations
Chinese tech giant OPPO announced on Tuesday that it has signed a significant global cooperation agreement with telecom equipment maker Ericsson. This agreement covers standard-essential patents (SEPs) essential for cellular communication technologies, including 5G. “We are excited to announce our global cooperation agreement with Ericsson. This cross-licensing arrangement covers cellular standard-essential patents, including those related to 5G, and signifies our mutual recognition and respect for each other’s intellectual property. Hindalco sells Kalwa land to Birla Estates for ₹595 crore
Hindalco Industries, an Aditya Birla Group company, has decided to sell off the Kalwa plant land, on the outskirts of Mumbai, to its group company Birla Estates for ₹595 crore. The company will receive 1.5 per cent of the sales revenue as the land is developed and sold off to the prospective customers. Hindalco has signed a definitive agreement with Ekamaya Properties, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Birla Estates. However, Hindalco Industries said Ekamaya Properties is not a part of Promoter/Promoter Group/Group Companies as defined under SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, it said. Hindalco Industries acquired Novelis for $6 billion including its $2.4-billion debt in 2007.

Jaws returns: Texas beach turns red after shark attack
Four people encountered a shark while swimming off South Padre Island on Independence Day, according to Texas officials. Yet, the attendant has become reviled as a traitor and a spy because the victims were Japanese, and the bus was ferrying Japanese children home from their Japanese school. Imagine all this being done in India for someone who gave her life to save Pakistani children from an Indian assailant. The simple explanation — the fact that the government does not permit schools run by expats to admit Chinese children — is deliberately ignored.

नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि, रायगढ़। बस स्टैंड में ड्रीम गर्लं कलेक्शन के नाम से संचालित दुकान में आज सुबह 9 बजे के आसपास दुकान से धुंआ बाहर आ रहा था। जब तक दुकानदार सुबह दुकान खोलने आता और उसे इस घटना की जानकारी होती तब तक धुंआ आग में तब्दील हो गई। आग की लपटे दुकान में फैल गई।इस इलाके में अक्सर भीड़ रहती है। सुबह के समय होने के कारण चहलकदमी कम थी। बस स्टैंड में मौजूद दुकान में इस तरह की घटना को देखकर लोग सकते में आ गए। स्थानीय दुकानदारों का हुजूम मौके पर उमड़ गया। दुकान संचालक को पूरे घटना के बारे मव जानकारी देते हुए आग को बुझाने का प्रयास कर दमकल विभाग को सूचित किए। ततपश्चात नगर पंचायत की दमकल वाहन मौके पर आई।आग बुझाने पहुंची दमकल वाहनजिस बुझाने के लिए पुलिस प्रशासन एवं नगर पंचायत की टीम जुट गई। जहां भारी मशक्कत के बाद आग पर काबू पाया गया। वहीं आग का लपटे इतनी तेज थी की बगल के मोबाईल दुकान को भी अपने चपेट में ले लिया। बारिश के मौसम में यह आगजनी से लोगो मे हड़कंप मचाकर रख दिया। वहीं,आगजनी शाट सर्किट से लगने की आशंका दुकानदार तथा स्थानीय लोग जता रहे है। फिलहाल पुलिस पहुंचकर आगे की जांच कार्यवाही में जुटी हुई है।
