"Saying no to such humbling offers is tough, but with our exceptional team, I feel confident in making that choice," Rappaport said in the memo, referring to an acquisition offer.Neither Alphabet nor Wiz have officially acknowledged deal talks. सूचना पाकर सचिव पद के प्रत्याशी अमित नेहरा के समर्थक मौके पर पहुंचे और हंगामा किया। दोनों पक्षों के बीच जमकर तकरार व मारपीट हुई। इसके बाद रूम को बंद कर दिया गया और हरेंद्र गौतम व अमित नेहरा दोनों पक्षों के लोग बार सभागार के बाहर धरने पर बैठ गए।जागरण संवाददाता, गाजियाबाद। Ghaziabad Bar Association बार एसोसिएशन के सचिव पद का चुनाव परिणाम घोषित हुए बगैर सोमवार को हरेंद्र गौतम बार सभागार में सचिव की कुर्सी पर बैठ गए।वहीं, चुनाव परिणाम घोषित हुए बिना सचिव की कुर्सी पर बैठने का संज्ञान लेकर चुनाव संयोजक स्नेह त्यागी ने हरेंद्र गौतम को नोटिस जारी करते हुए कहा कि यह चुनाव आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन का मामला है। उन्होंने नोटिस में पूछा कि क्यों न आपकी प्राथमिक सदस्यता को अविलंब निरस्त किया जाए? उन्होंने नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष और स्वयं को सचिव बताते हुए प्रस्ताव भी जारी कर दिया। इसी के बाद मौके पर दोनों पक्षों के बीच मारपीट हुई। आरोप लगाया गया कि सचिव की सीट के पास लगी आंबेडकर की तस्वीर को गिरा दिया गया।दरअसल, सोमवार सुबह कार्यवाहक अध्यक्ष व मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी मृदुला त्यागी राय का एक पत्र इंटरनेट मीडिया पर वायरल हुआ, जिसके माध्यम से उनके द्वारा हरेंद्र गौतम को सचिव घोषित किया गया। इसका नोटिस भी चस्पा कर दिया गया था। इसी के बाद हरेंद्र गौतम बार सभागार में पहुंच कर सचिव की कुर्सी पर बैठ गए।पूर्व सचिव व चुनाव संयोजक स्नेह त्यागी ने कहा कि अभी चुनाव कमेटी ने सचिव के पद का परिणाम की घोषणा नहीं किया है। कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष की तरफ से सचिव पद के परिणाम से संबंधित घोषणा पूरी तरह अंवैधानिक है, जिसे तत्काल खारिज किया गया।सचिव पद के लिए 25 जुलाई को होगा मतदानउन्हाेंने कहा कि सचिव पद के लिए मतदान 25 जुलाई को सुबह आठ बजे से होगा। इसके बाद उसी दिन मतगणना कर चुनाव परिणाम घोषित किया जाएगा। पुलिस कमिश्नर को पत्र भेजकर उन्होंने मतदान के दिन अतिरिक्त फोर्स के साथ पीएसी तैनात करने की मांग की गई है।यह है पूरा मामला19 जुलाई को बार चुनाव की मतगणना में सचिव पद पर तीन प्रत्याशियों को मिले मतों की घोषणा की गई, मगर किसी को विजयी घोषित नहीं किया गया था। सचिव पद पर हरेंद्र गौतम को 892, अमित नेहरा को 891 वोट मिले थे जबकि, वरुण त्यागी को 754 वोट। 18 वोट निरस्त घोषित किए गए थे। कुल वोट 2,553 पड़े थे लेकिन, सचिव पद पर 2,555 वोट की गिनती हुई। दो बैलेट पेपर अतिरिक्त मिले।यह भी पढ़ें- UP By-Election 2024: उपचुनाव के लिए मायावती का नया प्लान, तीन विधानसभाओं में घोषित की कमेटियांवहीं, इसी कारण कमेटी ने सचिव पद का परिणाम घोषित नहीं किया था। विरोध में हरेंद्र गौतम बार सभागार के बाहर धरने पर बैठ गए थे। वह दोबारा मतदान का विरोध कर रहे हैं जबकि, अमित नेहरा व उनके समर्थक दोबारा मतदान की मांग कर रहे हैं। इसी को लेकर विवाद है।यह भी पढ़ें- 'समाधान नहीं तो वोट नहीं', यूपी में व्यापारियों का फूटा गुस्सा, उपचुनाव के बहिष्कार का कर दिया ऐलानइसी बीच नवनिर्वाचित बार अध्यक्ष दीपक शर्मा ने सचिव पद का चुनाव परिणाम घोषित न होने तक सह-सचिव प्रशासन को प्रस्ताव पर हस्ताक्षर करने का अधिकार कार्यकारिणी की बैठक के बाद दिया।
