Stock Market Today: शेयर बाजार में ऐतिहासिक तेजी, सेंसेक्स-निफ्टी ने बनाया नया रिकॉर्ड
भारतीय शेयर बाजार ने आज सोमवार को नया रिकॉर्ड बनाया है. सेंसेक्स 346.93 अंक यानी 0.43% की बढ़त के साथ 81,679.65 पर खुला. वहीं, एनएसई निफ्टी 145.6 अंक की बढ़त के साथ 24,980.45 अंक के नए सर्वकालिक उच्च स्तर पर जा पहुंचा. नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज का सूचकांक निफ्टी भी 428.75 अंक यानी 1.76 प्रतिशत चढ़कर 24,834.85 अंक के नये शिखर पर बंद हुआ था. शेयर बाजार के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक,शुक्रवार को विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशक (एफआईआई) पूंजी बाजार में लिवाल रहे .

Jammu and Kashmir heatwave: Kashmir records highest July temperatures in 25 years
| ExplainedAccording to the meteorological office in Srinagar, Srinagar city recorded a high of 36.2 degrees Celsius on Sunday. The hottest July day in Srinagar was recorded on July 10, 1946 with mercury rising to 38.3 degrees Celsius. Qazigund noted a maximum temperature of 35.6 degrees Celsius, beating the previous high of 34.5 degrees Celsius recorded on July 11, 1988. In Kokernag, the mercury rose to 34.1 degrees Celsius, against the previous or 33.3 degrees Celsius recorded on July 3 this year. The Met has forecast spell of rain at isolated places of Kashmir valley over the years next 24 hours, which is expected to bring down the mercury.

{"_id":"66a667c4764096fdc70ded0d","slug":"bhaskar-father-accused-the-police-of-murder-in-rudrapur-2024-07-28","type":"story","status":"publish","title_hn":"पुलिस पर हत्या का आरोप: पिता ने कहा- चार घंटे मेरे बेटे को कहां रखा, CM योगी से कार्रवाई का मांग; जानें मामला","category":{"title":"City & states","title_hn":"शहर और राज्य","slug":"city-and-states"}}विस्तार Follow Usअयोध्या में पुलिस हिरासत में एलएलबी छात्र भास्कर पांडेय की मौत के मामले में रुद्रपुर पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली सवालों के घेरे में है। उसके पिता रामेश्वर पांडे ने कहा कि उनको न बेटे की गिरफ्तारी की सूचना दी गई और न ही एफआईआर के बारे में पुलिस ने कुछ बताया था। कहा कि पुलिस ने उनके बेटे की हत्या की है। उन्होंने उत्तरप्रदेश के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ से पूरे मामले की जांच कराकर आरोपियों को सजा दिलवाने की मांग की।Trending Videosयह वीडियो/विज्ञापन हटाएंदरअसल शुक्रवार रात रुद्रपुर पुलिस की हिरासत में लिए गए भास्कर पांडेय की अयोध्या में मौत हो गई थी। कई आपराधिक मामलों में कार्रवाई के नाम पर बैकफुट पर रहने वाली पुलिस इस मामले में कुछ ज्यादा ही तेजी दिखाई। अब युवक की मौत के बाद पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। दो महीने पहले अभियुक्त को इसी मामले में पूछताछ के नाम पर कोतवाली में रखा गया और फिर लंबी पूछताछ के बाद छोड़ दिया गया। भास्कर के पिता का आरोप है कि पूर्व में भी तीन बार बेटे को रुद्रपुर में पुलिस ने हिरासत में रखकर प्रताड़ित किया था।विज्ञापनविज्ञापनकोतवाल ने कोर्ट को लिखकर दिया था भास्कर पर कोई आरोप नहींपांच मई को कोतवाल की ओर से कोर्ट में भास्कर पर कोई आरोप नहीं होने और छोड़ने की बात अदालत में लिखकर देनी पड़ी थी। परिजनों का कहना है कि दो महीने पहले शिकायत पर भास्कर से लंबी पूछताछ हुई थी और फिर दो महीने बाद अचानक केस दर्ज करने के पीछे क्या वजह रही। केस दर्ज होने के दस दिन बाद ही भास्कर को गिरफ्तार भी कर लिया गया। अयोध्या के डॉक्टर का कहना था कि जब भास्कर को अस्पताल लाया गया था तब तक उसकी मौत हो चुकी थी।चार घंटे मेरे बेटे को कहां रखा? सिद्धार्थनगर के महुलानी, बर्डपुर निवासी मृतक के पिता रामेश्वर पांडेय ने पूछा कि पुलिस ऐसी कौन सी कार्रवाई कर रही थी कि परिजनों को बेटे की गिरफ्तारी की सूचना देना तक जरूरी नहीं समझा गया। पुलिस ने आठ बजे बेटे को उठाया और 12 बजे रात उन्हें फोन आया। गिरफ्तारी के चार घंटे बाद बेटे की मौत की सूचना दी गई। कहा कि दोनों राज्यों की पुलिस मिली हुई है। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि साधारण से नियमों का पालन क्यों नहीं किया गया। भास्कर को हिरासत में लेने वाले कौन-कौन थे। उनका बेटा वांछित अभियुक्त कैसे हो गया। चार घंटे तक पुलिस ने उनके बेटे को कहां रखा।न्याय के लिए कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाएंगेरामेश्वर पांडेय ने कहा कि रुद्रपुर पुलिस ने भास्कर को अयोध्या के लता मंगेशकर चौक से शुक्रवार को बस से उतार कर अवैध रूप से हिरासत में लिया था। मानसिक प्रताड़ना से उनके नौजवान बेटे की मौत हुई है। पोस्टमार्टम में हार्ट अटैक से मौत का कारण आया है। उनको न्याय चाहिए और इसके लिए कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाएंगे। कहा कि बेटे पर गबन के सारे आरोप निराधार हैं। कहा कि बेटे को तीन- तीन बार पूछताछ के नाम पर रुद्रपुर पुलिस ने हिरासत में रखा। सीधा आरोप है कि इस दौरान उसको मारापीटा और धमकाया गया था। वे मृत बेटे को न्याय दिलाने के लिए अंतिम दम तक लड़ेंगे।काफी दिनों बाद लौटाए थे मोबाइलमृतक के साले शुभम त्रिपाठी का कहना है कि मई में जीजा को रुद्रपुर पुलिस ने बिना एफआईआर के पूछताछ के नाम पर कोतवाली में रखा था। पुलिस ने बकायदा कोर्ट में लिखित में जीजा को छोड़ने और उन पर कोई केस नहीं होने का हवाला दिया था। जीजा के मोबाइल भी जब्त कर लिए थे और चाचा के कहने पर काफी दिनों बाद मोबाइल वापस लौटाए गए थे। कहा कि पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच होनी चाहिए।पुलिस अधिकारियों की चुप्पी सवालों मेंपुलिस हिरासत में युवक की मौत की सूचना से पुलिस अधिकारियों के हाथ पांव फूल गए थे। आनन-फानन में मामले को नियंत्रित करने के लिए एसपी सिटी की अगुवाई में शुक्रवार रात ही टीम अयोध्या रवाना कर दी गई थी। पूरे मामले को लेकर पुलिस का हाल ये था कि इंस्पेक्टर से लेकर कई अधिकारी फोन उठाने से बचते रहे। एसएसपी ने फोन उठाने के बाद सिर्फ युवक की हार्ट अटैक से मौत की ही जानकारी दी। रविवार को भी अधिकारियों के फोन नहीं उठे।कोतवाली में दर्ज एफआईआर में नामजद अभियुक्त की मौत के बाद नियमानुसार पुलिस टीम ने कार्रवाई कर दी थी। हार्टअटैक से मौत होने की बात कल बता दी गई थी। पीएम रिपोर्ट में क्या हुआ और बाकी सब चीजों के बारे में अयोध्या पुलिस ही जानकारी दे पाएगी। आरोपों पर कुछ नहीं कहना है। जिन बिंदुओं पर वे जानकारी दे सकते थे, वो आपको बता दिया गया है।- मंजुनाथ टीसी, एसएसपी

Duty cut boosts gold jewelers' sales by 35-40 per cent
MUMBAI: The duty cut on gold imports—from 15 to 6 per cent in the latest Budget—has not only delighted customers but also brought significant relief to gold retailers. However, since the duty reduction, showrooms are witnessing a massive influx of customers, with sales already soaring by 35-40 per cent nationwide. Over the past three years, gold prices have surged by over 40 per cent, with a 20 per cent increase since April 2024 alone. S Abdul Nazar, director of the All-India Gems & Jewellery Domestic Council (GJC), highlighted the benefits of the duty cut beyond customers, predicting a sharp decline in smuggling. Srikumar Krishnamurthy, senior vice-president & co-group head of corporate ratings at Icra Ratings, expressed optimism about the positive impact of the duty cut on gold retailers' volumes for the current fiscal year.
