","category":{"title":"City & states","title_hn":"शहर और राज्य","slug":"city-and-states"}}विस्तार Follow UsTrending Videosयह वीडियो/विज्ञापन हटाएंउत्तराखंड पुलिस ने एक बार भास्कर पांडेय को क्लीनचिट दे दी थी। इसके बावजूद पुलिस की तरफ से बार-बार धमकी भरे फोन आने से आजिज आकर भाष्कर ने दोबारा कोर्ट की शरण ली। इसके बाद ही रुद्रपुर पुलिस ने 17 जुलाई 2024 को उसके खिलाफ 52 लाख के फ्रॉड का केस दर्ज कर लिया, लेकिन इसकी जानकारी भाष्कर या उसके परिजनों को नहीं दी गई। पुलिस हिरासत में मौत के तीन घंटे बाद किसी ने फोन करके परिजनों को बुलाया। इसी तरह के गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए परिजन अब कोर्ट जाने का दावा कर रहे हैं।सिद्धार्थनगर के बर्डपुर महुलानी निवासी रामेश्वर पांडेय के 32 वर्षीय पुत्र भास्कर पांडेय को रुद्रपुर थाने की पुलिस ने 52 लाख रुपये गबन के आरोप में शुक्रवार की शाम गिरफ्तार किया था। कुछ ही देर बाद पुलिस कस्टडी में उसकी मौत हो गई थी। पोस्टमार्टम में हार्ट अटैक से मौत की पुष्टि हुई है, लेकिन परिजन इसे सुनियोजित हत्या मान रहे हैं और रुद्रपुर पुलिस के साथ ही अयोध्या पुलिस की भूमिका पर भी सवाल खड़ा करके तमाम आरोप लगा रहे हैं।विज्ञापनविज्ञापनमृतक के भाई राबुन पांडेय ने बताया कि मार्च में पुलिस ने भास्कर को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया और थाने में बैठा लिया। रात में वे लोग पहुंचे तो अगले दिन छोड़ा, लेकिन मोबाइल फोन, बैग, लैपटॉप आदि रख लिया। इसके बावजूद बार-बार फोन पर पुलिस धमका रही थी तो न्यायालय की शरण ली। पांच मई को रुद्रपुर कोतवाल ने सीजेएम कोर्ट में पत्र लिखकर भास्कर के खिलाफ कोई केस दर्ज न होना बताया। इसके बाद फिर पुलिस दबाव बना रही थी तो जून में भास्कर ने दोबारा न्यायालय में शिकायत की। इसी के बाद जुलाई में पुलिस ने केस दर्ज किया और गलत तरीके से उसे गिरफ्तार किया।परिजनों ने मौत के बाद युवक की वायरल की तस्वीर, आंखों पर सूजन का आरोपयुवक की मौत के बाद की एक तस्वीर परिजनों के हाथ लगी है, जो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुई है। परिजनों का आरोप है कि इस फोटो में युवक की आंखों पर चोट व सूजन दिख रही है, लेकिन पुलिस इसे हार्ट अटैक से मौत होना बता रही है।तीन घंटे तक पुलिस ने क्यों नहीं दी सूचनामृतक के पिता ने कहा कि पुलिस ने केस दर्ज होने व गिरफ्तार होने की सूचना तो नहीं दी, लेकिन मौत के बाद भी तीन घंटे तक उन्हें पुलिस ने नहीं बताया। एक व्यक्ति ने फोन किया भी तो उसके तुरंत बाद फोन स्विच ऑफ कर लिया। इसीलिए पुलिस की भूमिका पर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। इसमें अयोध्या पुलिस ने भी सहयोग किया है। इसलिए उनके खिलाफ भी कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल करेंगे।सेहतमंद था युवक, नहीं थी कोई बीमारीमृतक युवक के भाई राबुन पांडेय ने बताया कि उनका भाई बचपन से ही सेहतमंद था। उसे कोई बीमारी नहीं रही है। पूरी तरह स्वस्थ हालत में वह परीक्षा देने आया था। ऐसे में हार्ट अटैक होने की बात गले उतर नहीं रही है।मेडिकल परीक्षण होता तो बच सकती थी जानपुलिस ने गिरफ्तारी के बाद युवक का मेडिकल परीक्षण भी नहीं कराया। ऐसा कराया होता और उसे कोई दिक्कत होती तो शायद उसकी जान बच सकती थी लेकिन उत्तराखंड पुलिस ने कदम-कदम पर गलतियां कीं, इस वजह से पुलिस की भूमिका पर संदेह गहराता जा रहा है।डॉक्टरों के पैनल ने पोस्टमार्टम किया है। इसकी वीडियोग्राफी की गई है। राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग इस पर जांच करेगा तो रिपोर्ट पेश की जाएगी।-राजकरन नय्यर, एसएसपीइस आरोप में दर्ज हुआ है केसदर्ज एफआईआर में आरएस लॉजिस्टिक के स्वामी हरीश मुंजाल ने बताया है कि रुद्रपुर में उनके ट्रांसपोर्ट का मुख्य कार्यालय है। उनकी कंपनी को अशोका लेलैंड पंतनगर सिडकुल से नए ट्रक व चेसिस भेजने का टेंडर मिला है। उन्होंने चेन्नई स्थित अपनी शाखा में प्रबंध कार्य देखने के लिए भास्कर पांडेय को नियुक्त किया था। तमिलनाडु स्थित कार्यालय से नए चेसिस भेजने का रोड टैक्स जमा करने के लिए लगभग पांच लाख रुपये हर सप्ताह का भुगतान होता था। भास्कर पूर्व में सही ढंग से पेमेंट करके रसीदें कंपनी को भेजते रहे। बाद में अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर रुपये जमा करने की नकली रसीद बनाकर भेजते थे। इस तरह उन्होंने 52.40 लाख रुपये का गबन किया है। वहीं, परिजनों ने आरोपों को खारिज किया है।

The decision will apply to various cooperative societies, including district cooperative banks, multi-purpose cooperative societies, and state-level cooperative societies. "With Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mantra of 'Prosperity through Cooperatives,' we have ensured 33% participation of women in cooperative societies.
