BOSTON — A former eBay employee who authorities said took part in a campaign of fear and harassment against a Natick couple in 2019 and 2020 has been sentenced to federal prison. Federal authorities allege the seven suspects targeted Ina and David Steiner of Natick because their online e-commerce newsletter, EcommerceBytes, contained negative articles about eBay. Authorities said the harassment began online when the defendants created fake names on Twitter and threatened Ina Steiner. Using David Steiner's name, they had subscriptions to pornographic magazines sent to the Steiners' neighbors to try to discredit him in their eyes, authorities allege. Last week, the Steiners filed a lawsuit in federal court against the defendants and several other former eBay executives.

The model policies are not one-size-fits-all, nor are they necessarily consistent from county to county. In March, the Virginia Department of Education noted, in guidance accompanying the model policies, that local school boards simply had to adopt policies “consistent” with the goals of the model policies, although schools would be given leeway in terms of what those policies looked like, and some districts could adopt policies that are even more robust than the model policies. They do not claim that the model policies apply to or have had an effect on them, nor do they assert that their particular school boards have adopted the model policies or any policies consistent with the model policies. “Because the model policies are directed only to school boards, they cannot affect or aggrieve anyone other than the school boards. The model policies cannot affect or aggrieve someone if the local school board has already adopted similar policies before the development of any model policies,” Watson added.

Moderna and Pfizer, two companies that are developing COVID-19 vaccines here, are not immune to the problem. Moderna produces some of its COVID-19 vaccine at its manufacturing technology center in Norwood. The situation is similar for Pfizer, which manufactures the mRNA substance used in its COVID-19 vaccine in Andover. So when we talk about building manufacturing capabilities in Massachusetts and in general, it goes beyond your operators on the floor." The competition among companies for skilled workers also contributes to turnover, which drives up costs for advanced manufacturers.

Matt MurphyState House News ServiceBOSTON — Quentin Palfrey, the last Democratic nominee for lieutenant governor in Massachusetts, has left his job in the Biden administration to begin laying the groundwork for a campaign for attorney general in 2022, a person close to him confirmed. Palfrey, a Southborough native who more recently lived in Weston, ran in 2018 for lieutenant governor on a ticket with Democratic gubernatorial nominee Jay Gonzalez. Four years later, Palfrey is now eyeing the attorney general's office should Attorney General Maura Healey leave to run for governor next year, or not seek a third term for another reason. Palfrey would not run if Healey decided to run for reelection, the person close to Palfrey said. With many Democrats waiting to see what Healey will do, Palfrey is the first to publicly state his interest in the attorney general's seat.

A: Early in pregnancy the fetus may do "somersaults," and sometimes be head down (cephalic presentation) and sometimes be buttocks/feet down (breech presentation). A vaginal breech delivery may be more challenging than a delivery where there is a cephalic presentation. Even if ECV is successful (about two-thirds of cases), a small percentage of time the fetus may spontaneously revert to a breech presentation. Several strategies are possible for a woman who has a breech presentation pregnancy. Friend's arm is paralyzed after a night of heavy drinkingIdentifying a breech presentation is a factor to consider to decide on the best birth plan.

CHIBA, Japan (Reuters) -Top-ranking South Korea will face Italy in the finals of the men’s sabre team event on Wednesday after beating Germany in their semi-final, hoping to maintain the throne they claimed in the 2012 London Olympics. Italy will face them across the piste for the fight to win the gold medal after triumphing over world number two ranked Hungary in the semifinals. Hungary has won 10 gold medals in the event so far and has Aron Szilagyi, who won a record third gold medal in the individual sabre competition on Saturday, in their team. “(The South Korean team) are four guys who are very, very strong, but we are not going to be afraid about this, we just have to show our fencing and trust in ourselves and push, push, push,” Italy’s Enrico Berre said after the match. The 2016 Rio Olympics did not hold the men’s sabre team event due to a rotation system where one team event from the men’s and women’s disciplines is not held.
