16th Finance Commission: Karnataka to seek sharing of cess and surcharge collected by the Centre with States

He, however, said that Karnataka has been losing about ₹14,000 crore annually as devolution has been reduced from 4.71% in 14th Finance Commission to 3.64% in 15th Finance Commission. “The Centre is yet to release ₹11,495 crore recommended as three special grants by 15th Finance Commission,” the Minister said.

But water I can definitely provide to these feathered friends, especially with the temperatures soaring as high as they fly in my city! Whether it was the mischief of my feathered friends or my maid, I know not. Nonetheless, having no empty container immediately, I had no choice but to wait for my next food order so that a container could be arranged for the feathered friends.

रीवा। जिला कलेक्टर जहां दो अधिकारियों के मृत्यु उपरांत विभागीय जांच कराने में लगी हुई है। वहीं पुलिस भी अब इसमें पीछे नहीं नहीं रही। पुलिस आरक्षक को मरने के छह महीनें बाद पदोन्नति मिली है। इतना हीं नहीं उसका स्थानांतरण भी अब सिंगरौली से रीवा के लिए किया गया है।अब मामला सामने आने के बाद अधिकारियों व दोषी कर्मचारियों को जबाव देते नहीं बन रहा है। इस तरह पदोन्न्ति जैसे मामले में इस तरह की लापरवाही प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की बड़ी चूक की ओर इशारा करते है।सूत्रों के मुताबिक सिंगरौली जिले में पदस्थ आरक्षक सुल्तान खान की मृत्यु छह महीने पहले हो चुकी है। इसके बावजूद हाल ही में जारी हुई आरक्षकों की पदोन्नति सूची में उनका नाम शामिल है। यहां तक पदोन्नति उपरांत उनका स्थानांतरण भी सिंगरौली से रीवा के लिए कर दिया।इसका खुलासा तब हुआ जब आरक्षक पदोन्नति सूची उपरांत आमद देने रीवा नहीं पहुंचा। इस संबंध में जब विभाग से जानकारी जुटाई तो पता चला की उनकी छह महीने पहले ही मृत्यु हो चुकी है। ऐसे में अब पुलिस के प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल उठ रहे है। बताया जा रहा है आरक्षक की पदौन्नति का आदेश पुलिस अधीक्षक की अनुंशसा पर उप महानिरीक्षक के द्वारा किया जाता है।ऐसे में पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय से मृत आरक्षक का नाम पदोन्नति सूची में शामिल करके भेज दिया गया है। वहीं एसपी की अनुशंसा में डीआईजी कार्यालय से भी पदोन्नति आदेश जारी हो गया है। बताया जा हरा है कि अब इस गड़बड़ी में शामिल कर्मचारियों की कार्रवाई भी जल्द हो सकती है।
