Greatness lives in one who triumphs equally over defeat and victory. Prime Minister Narendra Modi created history by becoming the second political leader after Jawaharlal Nehru to be sworn in as prime minister of the world’s largest democracy for a third consecutive term. Nevertheless, the hurriedly-stitched pre-poll National Democratic Alliance (NDA) triumphantly returned to Raisina Hill under Modi’s leadership with just under 300 seats. Modi’s idea of political India has survived, slightly modified by voters. For thriving in the future, he bowed before the Constitution before getting formally elected as the leader of the NDA.

Taking risks
It was the guard trying to draw our attention to a temporary pedestrian pathway created on the opposite side of the road. This had turned the road into a narrow lane for the vehicles to navigate the blind stretch. I felt this was a knee-jerk reaction to a more serious issue of children racing their bikes inside the complex. I remarked philosophically, “Whatever is meant to happen will happen. Modi, 73, will be equalling the feat of first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru, who won in 1952, 1957 and 1962 general elections. Sri Lanka President Ranil Wickremesinghe, President of Maldives Mohamed Muizzu, Vice-President of Seychelles Ahmed Afif, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of Mauritius Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, Prime Minister of Nepal Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' and Prime Minister of Bhutan Tshering Tobgay have accepted invitations to the ceremony. The leaders of the regional grouping SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) attended Modi's first swearing-in as the prime minister after a massive electoral victory for the BJP in 2014. Leaders of the BIMSTEC (Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation) countries attended Modi's swearing-in ceremony in 2019 when he became prime minister for the second consecutive term. Nehru is the only prime minister who held the post after three consecutive elections after independence.

Opinion polls are sample surveys where a cross section of the electorate is randomly chosen and interviewed about their choice of party or candidates. Exit polls ask voters about their choice right after they have exercised their mandate, sometimes outside the polling booth. The men-women representation in the poll’s sample was 69 to 31. Vote share to seat share conversions can be done in different ways.

The principal opposition party in the Lok Sabha, Congess, today held its meeting of the extended Congress Working Committee, where the members unanimously urged Rahul Gandhi to take the role of Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha. Meanwhile, former party president Sonia Gandhi was unanimously re-elected as the chairperson of the Congress parliamentary party. At a meeting of party MPs, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge proposed Sonia Gandhi’s name as the chairperson of the parliamentary party. Sonia Gandhi, at the CWC meeting, described the Lok Sabha election results as “political and moral defeat” of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said he has lost the moral right to leadership. Special security measures have been arranged for foreign dignitaries attending.. Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, and Seychelles Vice President Ahmed Afif were among the early arrivals.

Telangana issues advisory amid Bird Flu outbreak in neighbouring States
Following an outbreak of Avian Influenza (H5N1), or Bird Flu, in the neighbouring States of Andhra Pradesh (Nellore), Maharashtra (Nagpur), Kerala (Alappuzha, Kottayam, and Pathanamthitta), and Jharkhand (Ranchi), the Telangana Health department on Friday has issued an advisory to take precautions. As of now, the flu has not been detected in Telangana, according to a Health department official. Preventive measures include avoiding close contact with infected or suspected birds or animals, especially their droppings, saliva, and other secretions. Cooking poultry to 70° Celsius kills the bird flu virus, making the food safe. The advisory also advises avoiding shaking hands, sharing food, water, and clothes with others when sick or when others are sick.

शिवपुरी में एक पाकिस्तानी नंबर से एक युवक को ब्लैकमेल करने का मामला सामने आया है। जहां पाकिस्तान के मोबाइल नंबर से शिवपुरी जिले के रहने वाले युवक के अश्लील वीडियो वायरल कर उससे पैसों की दसूली की जा रही है। कई बार पैसे डालने के बाद अब परेशान हुए युवक. कोविड वैक्सीन के नाम पर आया था पहला फोनइंदार थाना क्षेत्र के बिजरौनी गांव के रहने बाले इंद्रभान जाटव ने बताया कि 27 मई को उसके पास +92-3495833285 नंबर से फोन आया था। फोन पर अज्ञात युवक ने कोविड की वैक्सीन लगने के वारे में पूछा था। उसने जवाब में दोनों वैक्सीन लगे होने की बात कह दी थी।फोन पर अज्ञात युवक ने सरकार की योजना बताते हुए खाते में पैसे आने कही थी। उसने फोन पर हो रही बातों के समय एक या दो बार नंबर दबाने की बात कही थी। जो मैंने दवा दिए थे। इसके बाद खाते में 1200 रुपए भी आ गए थे।उसके चेहरे के फोटो लगे अश्लील वीडियो भेजने लगा थाइंद्रभान ने बताया कि अगले दिन फोन आया था। जिसने ऑनलाइन लोन ऐप से लिया हुआ 1200 रुपए का लोन चुकता करने की बात कही थी। मैने मामले को निपटाने के लिए 1200 रुपए सहित लोन का व्याज जमा कर दिया था। हालांकि, इसके बाद उसके मोबाइल पर उसके चेहरे वाले अश्लील वीडियो वॉट्स एप पर आने लगे और उक्त वीडियो को वायरल करने के नाम पैसों की मांग की जाने लगी।वह हर वार क्यूआर कोड भेजता था। जिस पर वह ऑनलाइन पेमेंट भेज देता था। अब तक वह 4800 रुपए भेज चुका है। जब उसने पैसा देने से इनकार कर दिया। तो अज्ञात आरोपी ने उसके परिवार के सदस्यों के चेहरे वीडियो में लगाकर भेजने लगा।बता दें कि इसकी शिकायत इंद्रभान जाटव ने पहले इंदार थाने में दर्ज कराई थी। वहां पुलिस ने मोबाइल में इंस्टाल व्हाटएप फेसबुक को डिलीट करवा दिया था। लेकिन बाद में डाउनलोड करने पर फिर वीडियो भेजे जा रहे हैं। इसी के चलते इंद्रभान जाटव परेशान होकर एसपी के पास अपनी शिकायत लेकर पहुंचा हैं।

Julia Butters in talks to join Disney’s ‘Freaky Friday 2’

Three workers dead, six injured in fire in Narela food processing unit
“Three workers died and six others were injured after a fire broke out and caused a blast in a food processing unit in the early hours of June 8 in the Narela Industrial Area in New Delhi,” the Delhi Police said. They said they received a distress call at 3.35 a.m. about the fire in the Shayam Kripa Foods Private Limited that processes dry moong dal. “The fire engulfed the factory, trapping some workers in it,” the official said. “Fourteen fire tenders were pressed into service and the dousing operation was still under way,” a Delhi Fire Service (DFS) official said around 8.30 a.m. The gas was supplied to burners used for roasting moong dal.

Bhopal News: ट्रेन जनरल कोच काम होने से यात्री परेशान, एक कोच में जा रहे 150 से अधिक यात्रीभोपाल के रानी कमलापति रेलवे स्टेशन और रीवा के बीच चलने वाली रीवांचल एक्सप्रेस में पहले स्लीपर के 12 कोच होते थे। लेकिन इनमें से छह कोच को हटा दिया गया है। इनकी जगह ट्रेन के एसी कोच लगा दिए गए हैं।HighLights औसतन 100 से ज्यादा वेटिंग स्लीपर श्रेणी में ही मिल रही है एसी-तीन श्रेणी में भी 35 से 60 के बीच औसत वेटिंग बनी हुईविकास वर्मा, भोपाल। ट्रेनों में स्लीपर और जरनल कोच कम होने के कारण ज्यादा भीड़ होने लगी है। स्थिति यह हो गई है कि जरनल कोच में 150 से अधिक यात्री यात्रा कर रहे है। थर्ड एसी इकोनामी बढाने से फायदा नहीं मिल रहा है। साथ ही किराया में भी दो गुना अंतर आ रहा है। इसके चलते स्पेशल ट्रेनें चलाने के बाद भी कई स्थानों के लिए औसतन 100 से ज्यादा वेटिंग स्लीपर श्रेणी में ही मिल रही है। वहीं, एसी-तीन श्रेणी में भी 35 से 60 के बीच औसत वेटिंग बनी हुई है। सबसे ज्यादा वेटिंग के मुंबई, पुणे, गोरखपुर जैसे स्थानों के लिए है। वहीं, स्पेशल ट्रेनों की स्थिति भी ज्यादा अच्छी नजर नहीं आ रही है। उनमें भी औसतन 50 से ज्यादा वेटिंग दोनों ही श्रेणियों में है।यात्रियों को हो रही परेशानीभोपाल के रानी कमलापति रेलवे स्टेशन और रीवा के बीच चलने वाली रीवांचल एक्सप्रेस में पहले स्लीपर के 12 कोच होते थे। लेकिन इनमें से छह कोच को हटा दिया गया है। इनकी जगह ट्रेन के एसी कोच लगा दिए गए हैं। अब सिर्फ छह स्लीपर कोच बचे हुए हैं। इसी तरह भोपाल से दिल्ली जाने वाली भोपाल एक्सप्रेस में भी पहले 12 स्लीपर कोच होते थे, अब इस ट्रेन में भी छह स्लीपर कोच लगाए जा रहे हैं। ट्रेनों में भीड़ बढ़ने का यह भी कारण है।किस ट्रेन में कब तक क्लियर टिकट नहीं भोपाल-मुंबई पुष्पक एक्सप्रेस : 24 जून तक वेटिंग
