साड़ी के झूले में फंसकर दो नाबालिगों की मौत
रीवा। सोमवार को साड़ी के झूले में फंस कर दो नाबालिगों की मौत का मामला प्रकाश में आया है। एक घटना रीवा जिले के बैकुंठपुर थाना क्षेत्र में दूसरों सतना के जिले के नयागांव थाना क्षेत्र चित्रकूट प्रमोद वन में घटी। रीवा में जहां 10 वर्षीय बच्चे के गर्दन में साड़ी की डोर फंसने से मौत हो गया गई वहीं प्रमोद वन में 17 साल की किशोरी के गले में साड़ी के झूले की डोर फंसने से गंभीर अवस्था में संजय गांधी अस्पताल लाया गया जहां उनकी मौत हो गई।रीवा जिले के बैकुंठपुर तो सतना के चित्रकूट में हुई घटनादोनो घटनाओं में साड़ी से बनाया था झूलासाड़ी के झूले में फंसी गर्दन, किशोरी की मौतसतना जिले के नयागांव थाना क्षेत्र के प्रमोदवन में रहने दाली लाबालिग लड़की झूला झूल रही थी। इसी दौरान शूले की रस्सी गले में फंस गई जिसकी अस्पताल में मौत हो गई। बताया गया कि नाबालिग रविवार को झूला झूल रही थी जिसके गले में रस्सी फंस गई जिसके बाद उसे गंभीर अवस्था में जिला अस्पताल सतना ले आया गया जिसकी हालत को देख डॉक्टरों ने उसे संजय गांधी अस्पताल के लिए रेफर किया था। जिसकी उपचार के दौरान मौत हो गई। अस्पताल पुलिस के मुताबिक मृतक का नाम निधी सेल पिता अखिलेश सेन 17 वर्ष निवासी प्रमोदवन याना चित्रकूट जिला सतना है। शव का पीएम कराकर परिजनों के सुपुर्द कर दिया है।बच्चे के गले में फस गयी थी साड़ीजिले के बैकुंठपुर थाना क्षेत्र के तिलखन गांव में रहने वाला बच्चा घर में साड़ी में झूला झूल रहा था, अचानक गले में साड़ी का फंदा फस गया, जिससे उसकी मौत हो गई। परिजनों ने बताया गया कि बच्चे के लिए घर में साड़ी का झूला बनाए थे जिसमें वह रोज शूला करता था। रविवार को भी वह घर में झूला झूल रहा था इसी दौरान यह तेज से चिल्लाया तो घर के सभी लोग वहां पहुंच गए। जब देखा तो यह फंदे में फसा हुआ था जिसके बाद उसे गंभीर अवस्था में संजय गांधी अस्पताल लाया गया जिसको डॉक्टरों ने मृत घोषित कर दिया। अस्पताल पुलिस के मुताबिक मृतक का नाम अभिजीत सेन पिता उदयभान सेन 10 वर्ष निवासी तिलखन वाला बैकुंठपुर है। शव का पीएम कनाकर परिजनों के सुपुर्द कर दिया है। फिलहाल पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।

UN Security Council passes US-drafted proposal aimed at ending Israel-Hamas war in Gaza
The US-drafted text calls for Hamas to accept a ceasefire proposal announced on May 31 by President Joe Biden that has already been accepted by Israel. The resolution that is adopted aims at reaching a comprehensive ceasefire deal in three phases, according to UN News. In the resolution, the UN Security Council do not allow any attempt at demographic or territorial change in the Gaza Strip, including any actions that reduce the territory of the enclave. "In this regard stresses the importance of unifying the Gaza Strip with the West Bank under the Palestinian Authority," the resolution added. The conflict in Gaza escalated after the October 7 attack by Hamas, where about 2,500 terrorists breached the border into Israel from the Gaza Strip, leading to casualties and the seizure of hostages.

Reasi bus terror attack: Four from Rajasthan, three from U.P. among nine victims
Authorities on Monday identified the nine victims of the deadly terror attack on a bus carrying pilgrims in Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi district. Among the victims are four natives of Rajasthan, including a two-year-old boy, and three from Uttar Pradesh. Terrorists opened fire at the bus carrying pilgrims in Reasi district around 6.10 p.m. on Sunday, killing nine and injuring several. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Reasi) Vishesh Paul Mahajan said all nine victims, including the driver and the conductor of the bus, have been identified. Among the injured, 34 are from Uttar Pradesh, five from Delhi and two from Rajasthan, the officials said.

The first aspect that caught the eye was 67 students getting the perfect score of 720 on 720, an all-time record. For, it’s a pen-and-paper exam where the marking system is +4 for each correct answer, -1 for each incorrect answer and none for unanswered questions. Since the matter continued to snowball and landed in various courts, the education ministry set up a four-member high-powered committee to review the grace marks and submit its recommendations within a week. While the probe panel bought the education ministry a bit of breathing space, its report also ought to address the question of accountability. The full report must be made public for transparency and restoring people’s confidence in the testing system.
