Presenting the facts, Chief Inspector Apeweh Achana told the court that the complainant is WOI Fiamegu Mascow of the Military Police Detachment at Burma Camp. The prosecution said he had no rank, lanyard, name tag or shoulder badge, making him appear suspicious. Subsequent checks established that Baadah was not a member of the Ghana Armed Forces as he had purported.
