Two leading medical schools among Vietnam’s top 10 research universities

Resolution 79 and the shift in SOEs' management thinking
Actually, the so-called ‘capital preservation’ mechanism today is a flawed mechanism. Capital preservation must be viewed with a long-term vision—five years, 10 years. Of course, not all state-owned enterprises (SOEs) can or need to do this.
