Yes, it is true, at first thought, most people would not consider going to a university in Benin Republic to further their education. But over the past few years, there has been a serious crackdown on these issues, and you should reconsider Benin Republic for your tertiary education. It remains that universities in Benin Republic are international schools despite their management and proximity to Nigeria. I think my favourite part about the educational system in Benin Republic is that most administrations are managed by young, upwardly mobile professionals (Yuppies as we like to call ourselves). With these few points, I hope I have been able to convince you and not confuse you to attend university in Benin Republic.

Yet, against the backdrop of the previous government’s cack-handed policy on the economy, these were always going to be difficult decisions. Both the price of petrol and the external price of the naira have been left to the markets to determine. Giving the multiplicity of transactions in any such market, governments struggle, as is evident in our recent experience, to anticipate these equilibriums. PREMIUM TIMES aligns with the Tinubu government’s reform direction, even as it is troubled by the privations that the larger number of our people have had to bear of late on this account. The irony is that this latter category of reforms is where the market fails, and the government comes into its own.

The upcoming assembly of cardinals, scheduled for September 30 and known as a consistory, will be the ninth for Pope Francis, 86, who became pope a decade ago and is seeking to put a lasting stamp on the institution. All cardinals under the age of 80, including 18 out of the group named on Sunday, are known as “cardinal electors”, who will participate in the vote to nominate the successor to Pope Francis. Since becoming pope, Francis has sought to elevate clergy from developing nations far from Rome to the highest ranks of the Church, as part of his general philosophy of diversity and inclusion. During the consistory, the future cardinals kneel one by one at the feet of the pope, who places on their heads the quadrangular scarlet cap, or biretta. Following the ceremony, the Vatican holds a traditional “courtesy visit”, in which the new cardinals greet the general public.

He identified three key principles that underlie strategic positioning. You can also serve broad needs of few customers or serve the broad needs of many customers. Professor Porter’s third strategy of positioning is, “creating fit among company activities.”An organisation may also choose to adopt the differentiated superior products model. There must also be precision in determining strategic customers and focus groups, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

The writer of Psalm 121 understands the nature of God’s help and decides to go for God’s help. What we need all of the time is divine help because without divine help, our hopelessness cannot turn around (John 5:7-9). Therefore God’s help can prevent us from experiencing evil and save us from consequences of evil – God’s help is available in all situations of life – it is available at every season of life, hence God’s help is dependable, at all times and seasons of life. Another way to enjoy divine help is to follow the divine plan of God for his life as laid down in the scripture. When we do this, divine help is certain for us; and when divine help is certain, victory, success and breakthrough are all certain for us.
