They will need to liquidate tens of thousands of public sector salaries to afford what they have promised. He comes from the same place as Bond. M needs a kind of public servant who views hard market engagement as necessarily hostile and directly threatening. Aside such classic corn as “I like you better without your Baretta” as Bond slips nude into the shower behind Severine and she responds “I feel naked without it”, we can see what is at risk for the public servants of Wellington in this election. Every single public servant from nurse to lecturer to DPMC needs to vote to save their jobs, and vote against National and ACT starting Monday.

Restoring a famous kiwi bird carved into a hillside in the United Kingdom, over a century ago, is no small endeavor. In an effort to preserve this cultural symbol connecting New Zealand and Britain, a massive restoration project was undertaken, consisting of an astonishing 100 tonnes of chalk. The carving was originally created by New Zealand troops stationed in the area during the First World War. It symbolizes the shared history and camaraderie of the nations involved in the First World War. In conclusion, the restoration of the kiwi carved into a UK hill was a monumental effort that required a significant amount of chalk to recreate the fading symbol.

Residential auction activity remains relatively upbeat, with 285 properties offered at the auctions monitored by interest.co.nz over the week of 23-29 September. That was almost unchanged from the 284 properties offered the previous week and up slightly on the 274 offered the week before that. However the sales rate eased back slightly, with 114 properties selling under the hammer at the latest auctions giving an overall sales rate of 40%, down from 43% the previous week and 47% the week before that. If that trend continues were are likely to see selling prices that are above rating their valuations passing the 50% mark in the next few weeks. Overall, the auction rooms have become progressively busier over the last few weeks as the market has moved from winter to spring, suggesting a reasonably positive start to the summer selling season could be in the offing.

With about 600 people in the counter protest, their march caused some disruption for motorists in the Wellington CBD. When you're outside and the sun is blazing, that level of brightness will mean the watch remains highly legible. But it has also made for a decent and more accessible torch than the one in my phone, too. I've also liked the new precision find on the watch, which directs me toward my phone if it's lost to just centimetres from it. The other major difference on the Ultra watches versus the non-Ultra ones is the action button. Using that simple gesture to control the watch, to cycle through options and select them - it was astonishing.
