Don’t vote early in the 2023 election. Nationals 3 biggest donors (Hart, Mowbray and Bolton) have a combined net worth of 15 billion! The Bottom 50% of NZ has 23 billion. The top 5% of NZers own roughly 50% of NZs wealth, while the bottom 50% of NZers own a miserable 5%! $200billion would have ensured our public infrastructure wouldn’t be in such an underfunded ruin right now!

The new video to promote New Zealand around the world. Tourism New Zealand has brought in the deadpan humour of Taika Waititi and Jackie van Beek in a new campaign to promote the country to overseas travellers. While taking a typical humorous slant, the video also highlights activities including white water rafting in Rotorua, a flight over Mt Tarawera, dolphin watching in Kaikōura and some wine tasting in Auckland. Tourism New Zealand Chief Executive René de Monchy said tourism is still “one of our top export earners and is supporting sector and country recovery”. “Competition for visitors is fierce and New Zealand needs to work hard to encourage visitation and stand out.”

Tuesday, 3 October, 2023 - 18:05The Taxpayers’ Union is surprised to be, yet again, in the mind of the Labour Party leader when fielding questions from journalists. Responding to Mr Hipkins’ slight today accusing the Taxpayers’ Union of spreading "outlandish claims" about him and the Labour Party, the Taxpayers’ Union invites him to put up or shut up as it pertains to any factual errors in the Union’s advertising. Taxpayers’ Union resident disinformation sniffer Jordan Williams, said:"Unlike Labour’s affiliate organisations, we don’t make stuff up in critiquing parties’ policies. I am proud that unlike the CTU’s three-yearly smear campaigns, the Taxpayers’ Union leads with its mission, policy critiques, and facts. "Mr Hipkins would be better focused at selling his own party than continuing to take swipes at New Zealand’s most popular union."
