Benitez declared in Sept. 2021 that California’s ban on such weapons qualified as “longstanding” and therefore did not violate the Second Amendment. “The Supreme Court was clear that Bruen did not create a regulatory straitjacket for states — and we believe that the district court got this wrong. Alan Beck, an attorney for two military veterans who challenged the billy club ban, welcomed Benitez’s ruling. “I thought it was a straightforward application of Supreme Court precedent,” Beck told the Times on Monday.

Chhattisgarh: भूपेश सरकार में संचालित शराब दुकानों की जांच करेगी छत्तीसगढ़ की साय सरकार, मंत्री ने सदन में की घोषणाChhattisgarh Assembly Budget Session: छत्तीसगढ़ की विष्णुदेव साय सरकार (Vishnu Deo Government) भूपेश बघेल सरकार के दौरान राज्य में संचालित शराब दुकानों (Liquor Shop) की जांच करेगी। मंत्री ने मंगलवार को सदन में इसकी घोषणा की।रायपुर। Chhattisgarh Assembly Budget Session: छत्तीसगढ़ की विष्णुदेव साय सरकार (Vishnu Deo Government) भूपेश बघेल सरकार के दौरान राज्य में संचालित शराब दुकानों (Liquor Shop) की जांच करेगी। मंत्री ने मंगलवार को सदन में इसकी घोषणा की। दरअसल, छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा बजट सत्र के 16वें दिन मंगलवार को भाजपा विधायक राजेश मूणत ने भूपेश बघेल सरकार में शराब बिक्री और नीति पर सवाल उठाए और गड़बड़ी के आरोप लगाए।भाजपा विधायक मूणत ने कहा, पूर्ववर्ती कांग्रेस सरकार ने शराब के प्रकरण बनाएं, लेकिन इस मामले में किसी को जेल नहीं भेजा। उन्होंने कहा, दुकानों के भीतर दो प्रकार की शराब बिक्री हुई। सरकारी दुकानों में नियमों के खिलाफ शराब बिकी, लेकिन प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। पांच साल में मिलावटी शराब के 157 प्रकरण में केवल दो को जेल भेजा गया है।जानिए क्या है पूरा मामला विधायक मूणत ने पूछा, 568 दुकानों में रेट से ज्यादा कीमत पर शराब बेची गई। आपने क्या किया? 2019-20 में सरकार के राजस्व की हानि हुई है। मैं मंत्री जी से मांग करता हूं कि क्या इस पर जांच कराएंगे। राजेश मूणत ने कहा, मंत्री जी ईडी इस मामले की जांच कर रही है। वह अलग मामला है। क्या छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के राजस्व लूटने वालों के खिलाफ कोई कार्यवाही नहीं होगी? मंत्री ने जवाब देते हुए कहा, हमने प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी के 500 लोगों को नौकरी से निकाला। राजेश मूणत ने पूछा, मैं मंत्री जी से कहना चाहता हूं कि जिस कंपनी के 500 से ज्यादा कमर्चारी निकाले गए उस कंपनी के खिलाफ कोई क्यों नहीं की गई ? भाजपा के विधायकों ने मंत्री से कहा, सरकार के राजस्व में डाका डालने वालों को आप क्यों बचा रहे हैं। राजेश मूणत पूछा, क्या वह प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी अभी भी काम कर रही है। मंत्री जी ने कहा, हां। भाजपा के विधायक खड़े हुए। सभी ने अपने ही सरकार के मंत्री से जांच की मांग पर अड़ गए। काफी दबाव के बाद मंत्री ने जांच की घोषणा की।

SpaceX said it has implemented hardware "to improve leak reduction, fire protection, and refined operations associated with the propellant vent to increase reliability." Prior to the next launch, SpaceX must implement corrective actions and receive a license modification from the FAA addressing safety, environmental and other regulatory requirements. The FAA said it is evaluating SpaceX’s license modification request and expects SpaceX to submit additional required information before a final determination. "More Starships are ready to fly, putting flight hardware in a flight environment to learn as quickly as possible," the company said.

The Indian diplomats faced threats in Canada in September. They were intimidated in many ways and we got very little comfort from the Canadian system that time," Jaishankar said.
