“I don’t understand why Ms. Harris hasn’t made concessions to the moderates, Republicans and conservatives whose votes she needs. I am watching Kamala Harris’s campaign and following the arguments of some of her most fervent supporters, and I can’t help but conclude that they don’t know what people in the center or center-right believe at all. When Harris told Bret Baier in her recent FoxNews interview, “You know what I’m talking about,” he responded that he really didn’t. I think she really thought he knew because she is only ever surrounded by people who hold left-of-center views. And those people don’t believe that conceding to moderates or conservatives is morally acceptable.

Netanyahu’s office said the drone targeted his house in the Mediterranean coastal town of Caesarea. An Israeli military official confirmed that the IDF struck targets in the Bekaa Valley. Lebanon’s health ministry said an Israeli airstrike hit a vehicle on a highway north of Beirut, killing two people. The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israeli strikes hit the upper floors of the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahiya, and forces opened fire at it, causing panic. It later said the military hit its ambulances and courtyard, wounding four people, including a medic.
