Threads Is Finally Getting a Web Browser
Head of Instagram Adam Mosseri announced that Threads was finally getting a bona fide browser version. Until now, users on Threads have been forced to access the platform via the mobile app. Users could technically access Threads on a desktop by clicking the platform’s icon on a user’s Instagram profile in a web browser, but visiting the URL threads.net only leads you to a QR code to download the app. “As soon as [the web version] is ready we will share it with everybody else.”Instagram did not immediately return Gizmodo’s request for comment on the release of the browser version. Threads’ move to try and dominate the web comes as X reportedly has struggled with mobile downloads after Musk changed the platform’s name from Twitter.

Senanayake disenfranchised the entire community when he had the Ceylon Citizenship Act No. India at the time did not show any eagerness to take back these ‘Tamils of recent Indian origin’. Their party, the Ceylon Workers Congress (CWC) earlier known as the Ceylon Indian Congress (CIC) dropped the ‘Indian’ in it, but the party flag was the Indian national flag’s tri-colours; their linerooms had photographs of Mahatma Gandhi. Today, India has displayed a ‘newfound love’ for this community, pledging to pump in aid like never before for their upliftment.

The participants would then choose between two options: one proffered by a human, and one suggested by an AI. “AI is now a ubiquitous part of everyday life for much of the world—perhaps even akin to the pervasiveness of God,” researchers said. “Given the diminished role of humans when viewed in relation to God and within AI operations, might there be a relationship between how thoughts of God affect people’s reactions to AI?” the researchers asked. The study also hoped to understand how and why thinking about God might influence individuals' willingness to consider AI-based suggestions.

New massive brown dwarf discovered
