The Federal Government has commissioned a 20-bed hospital, equipment and generating plant at the Medium Security Custodial Centre, Ilesa, Osun State. He restated President Muhammadu Buhari’s commitment to repositioning, reformation and rehabilitation of inmates in all the custodial centres of the country. They are entitled to decent meals, medical treatment and humane accommodation, among others. “However, with our intervention, a regional mega facility with capacity for 3,000 inmates has been established in Ilesa. The regime of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari(retd), on Monday claimed that a total of 1.6 million poor households benefited from a bimonthly payment of N10,000 each as part of the regime’s plan to mitigate suffering among the citizens. The National Social Register of Poor and Vulnerable Nigerians now has 32.6 million persons from more than seven million poor and vulnerable households, identified across 708 local government areas, 8,723 wards and 86,610 communities across the 36 states of the country and the FCT. “Not forgetting the Housing Sector, The Family Homes Fund Limited incorporated by the Federal Government of Nigeria in September 2016, is the implementing agency for the Buhari regime National Social Housing scheme. “More than 2,000 hectares of land with titled documents have been given by 24 states under the Buhari regime Social Housing Programme, which can accommodate about 65,000 new homes. “Under the National Social Housing programme, Nigerians will be given at least 15 years with a monthly payment at a six per cent interest rate to pay for each housing unit.

Okmulgee County Sheriff Eddy Rice has reported that seven dead, including two missing teenagers and a convicted sex offender, were discovered on a property close to the tiny Oklahoma community of Henryetta on Monday. Other bodies likely included McFadden and members of his family, Rice said, cautioning that none of the victims had yet been formally identified by the county medical examiner. The county issued an amber alert earlier Monday saying the two teens were missing, but the alert was called off after the bodies were found. Rice said officers arrived at about 3 p.m. (2000 GMT) to search the property and found the bodies. The Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry lists Jesse Lee McFadden, 39, who resides at the location where the remains were discovered and whose picture corresponds to that provided by the local media.
