Wes Streeting said the hospitality industry has “taken a real battering in recent years” and it is not “the right time” to ban smoking outside pubs, as was reported earlier this year. He said, however, that smoking and vaping could be banned in other public places in England under the Tobacco and Vapes Bill, being introduced to Parliament on Tuesday. Health Secretary Wes Streeting outlined plans to limit vaping (Lucy North/PA)Mr Streeting told LBC Radio the Bill will help “clamp down on the scourge of youth vaping”. He said: “We’re also proposing to regulate vapes – vaping outside schools and playgrounds – as part of a wider package to clamp down on the scourge of youth vaping, which will include licensing for retailers, enforcement and also clamping down on the marketing and vaping and advertising and packaging and flavours of vapes to kids. He said the “concentrations of toxic chemicals” from tobacco could be high even when outside or in covered outdoor areas.

She most likely has a mutation that she is something kinda inbetween. There are 3 different genetic mutations that can cause a female to have a Y chromosome and produce non functioning non visible internal testes and have higher testosterone. Also possible that her family or her country doesn't have access to these types of doctors and they never really knew what was going on. She isn't the only person to compete that has had these types of genetic mutations, the first was many years ago, like in the 40s or 50s. That is completely different than Will Thomas swimming against Rhiley Gaines.

There are currently more than 400,000 English people living and working in Scotland and around 800,000 of us operating south of the Border. Neither we nor our ancestors earned our existence on one of the most affluent and climatically beneficent places on God’s earth. Our nation’s achievements are no more or less exceptional than those of many other small nations. Instead, we eventually allowed them a sort of twilight independence after signing the secret Sykes-Picot agreement with France that effectively carved up the region between the two European nations. Of course, if Scotland were to become independent we delude ourselves that we would establish a much more enlightened immigration policy than England’s and that “refugees are welcome here”.

Speaking in the Northern Ireland Assembly on Tuesday morning, Matthew O’Toole said the world is focused on the outcome of the election. That’s been very difficult for those of us who believe that the US can play a positive role in the world. “These institutions, our agreement, would not exist as they currently exist without a positive active role by the United States, by successive administrations. We may not have returned last year to do our job had there not been positive, active engagement by the President Biden administration. “I want to acknowledge the enormously important and positive transformational role that an active US administration can play and has played here in Northern Ireland and on the island of Ireland, and to that end, the outcome of this election matters.”
