Musk has posted relentlessly about his support for Trump to his hundreds of millions of followers in the run-up to the election, claiming the future of civilisation was at stake at the polls. That ban would remain in place on Twitter until Musk bought the platform two years later. Musk’s management of X has been highly controversial, ever since he tool control of the platform in late 2022. Having previously described himself as a “moderate Democrat”, Musk said in 2022 he was shifting to voting Republican and has since gradually upped his support for Trump while criticising the Biden administration. It has led to the heavily Musk-backed Republican ticket taking back the White House.

The dating show feels like it’s still a work in progress, but there are some great charactersI’m late to the game with Love in the Country. It is a dating show, but it’s not like other dating shows — except the other dating shows that are based on the same, originally British, format, Farmer Wants a Wife. Love in the Country is kind of the opposite of Blind Date. On Blind Date — many, many years ago — you had to choose your date without having seen them. On Love in the Country you get to go to their house and hang out with them for the weekend.

Neither took the field when the All Blacks defeated Fiji in San Diego this year, leaving the responsibility to Ardie Savea. Rieko IoaneIn a sense, Rieko Ioane leading the haka could be seen as a left-field choice. But when Perenara played his final game on Kiwi soil, Ioane’s name was one he put forward in regards to who could lead the haka in 2025 and beyond. Ioane is a senior figure in this side, and is almost guaranteed to wear the No 13 week in, week out. All Blacks v Ireland, Saturday 9.10amLive commentary on Newstalk ZB, Gold Sport and iHeartRadio.

National Barry Keoghan responds to ‘disgusting’ claims that he’s a ‘deadbeat dad’ to toddler sonActor Barry Keoghan isn’t taking comments about being an “absent father.” Fred Duval / Shutterstock.com“Saltburn” actor Barry Keoghan wants his fans to know he is not an “absent father,” despite what some online trolls might claim. The 32-year-old, who shares a 2-year-old son, Brando, with ex-girlfriend Alyson Kierans, has received a lot of criticism online since he doesn’t post pictures of his son often. “People draw a narrative and go, ‘Absent father, (expletive), deadbeat dad,’ and more disgusting things I wouldn’t even repeat,” he said in the Nov. 5 episode of “The Louis Theroux Podcast.”“Just the audacity of some people, man, it sickens me. Keoghan went on to explain that the online trolls are part of the reason he doesn’t post photos of his son online. News, but Keoghan says he has “great memories of her” and is “very proud of her.”But one thing Keoghan doesn’t want is for his upbringing to be seen as a “pity story.”Instead, he wants people to be inspired by it.

He was their beating heart – the man whose incessant desire to win and be better drove everything around him. Asked to assess how he thinks Ireland have made the transition to playing without Sexton, All Blacks assistant coach Jason Holland said: “I think really well. They have obviously been in the environment for a long time, in and out, but they have slotted into the way Ireland play and they understand winning footy and Ireland play winning footy. Whereas Ireland have leaned into the next generation, the All Blacks have worked with the 29-year-old Damian McKenzie and 33-year-old Beauden Barrett. Taylor’s absence, after departing four minutes into the All Blacks’ 24-22 victory at Twickenham, ensures Ireland will zero in on targeting the lineout. But with Dane Coles retired and Samisoni Taukei’aho injured until next year, Robertson will turn to Asafo Aumua and George Bell against Ireland. Aumua has matured and improved his game since debuting for the All Blacks as a raw 20-year-old prospect seven years ago. “Lineout throwing is definitely a high pressure moment for us.
