Foh Amoaning was earlier captured on Joy FM’s ‘SMS’ alleging that homosexuality is an abnormality and that all individuals who indulge in such acts should seek medical care. But don’t sell it as a formality.” He emphatically stated. But responding to such comments, Lydia Forson said she least expected to hear such statements from the legal practitioner who has been countlessly stigmatized for being an ‘albino’. According to Lydia, Mr. Amoaning due to his experience should have been more empathetic towards other marginalized groups such as the LGBTQ+. Foh Amoaning has been in loud support of the anti-LGBTQ+ bill presented before parliament by a committee led by Ningo-Prampram MP, Sam Nartey George.

This development has been buttressed further by the news that in the first quarter of 202, the economy witnessed, according to the Ghana Statistical Service, a 3.1% rate of GDP growth. President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was speaking at the 2021 Performance Contract Signing Ceremony on Monday, July 26, 2021.

It is the right of Ghanaian Health officials to conduct a COVID-19 test, to avoid the spread of the disease but it is unprofessional and medical fraud, if health officials at the Kotoka International Airport, will deliberately declare a fully vaccinated traveller, with coronavirus-free certificate ‘Positive'. A couple of months ago, the Noguchi Institute in Ghana also made headlines over the same COVID- test frauds. She painstakingly demonstrated a COVID-19 test in a video, proved herself ‘Negative', and shared it to expose what the Ghanaian Health Officials are doing to unsuspecting travellers at the airport. The question is why her test was ‘Negative', yet the testing device at the airport registered ‘Positive?’ This doesn’t make sense, which means there are coronavirus testing frauds going on at the airport. It is now time to stop those frauds at the airport.

Every July 25, the world marks this day, as set aside by the United Nations, to highlight the tragic and profound impact of drowning on families and communities. The day is also set aside for stakeholders to offer life-saving solutions to help people avoid drowning and its related challenges, the report added. Addressing these concerns in a statement, the association said that as key stakeholders in artisanal fisheries, the policy would be a major boost for their members. “Children of fishers who live in close proximity to water are also at high risk of drowning, and it is sad to note that drowning is among the ten leading causes of death for children and youth,” the statement said.
