Fire destroys school feeding facility at Nintin R/C Primary

The affected building is the canteen and store for the preparation of meals to feed pupils of the Nintin R/C Primary under the School Feeding Programme. Nicholas Osei Taylor, the Schools Improvement and Support Officer (SISO), justified the temporary closure of the Pre- School Department and how long the children would have to stay at home. Meanwhile, as interim measure to feed the pupils, the Municipal NADMO pledged to provide a quantity of maize and rice while they make formal report to the Municipal Assembly for extensive support.
