That was when the young men did the craziest, bravest thing. One running ahead of the other, these two young men followed up on the man. In almost split seconds, the first of the two threw himself to the ground, making it in time to get to the edge, enough to reach the hand of the drowning man. He was immediately supported by the other young man, who by now, was also lying by him, easily helping bring up the drowning man. Two young person trying to save him threw a rope, he jumped to grab it but he couldn’t.. watch how these boys saved him….

His call comes after allegations that President Akufo-Addo hired another luxurious aircraft on his recent foreign trips to the UK and Germany. Mr. Okudzeto Ablakwa stated that trips on the hired jet cost the state £14 thousand per hour and a cumulative ¢3.46 million. President Akufo-Addo is refusing to use the Presidential jet and all the reasons used are not legitimate and sound. When you say for example that the President wants a bigger jet than our presidential jet takes 17 people. He is abusing the discretion so a national Presidential travel policy will enforce strict guidelines and President Akufo-Addo and any government will be obliged to comply with that travel policy,” Mr. Okudzeto stated.

The incident which happened at Mafi Dove in the Central Tongu District is reported to have involved the beheading of the boy by one Dovi Tsidi, graphic.com.gh has reported. The suspect, Flora Ekpe, was arrested after Dovi Tsidi, 26, the main suspect in the case, alleged that he was sent by her to bring a human head for ritual purposes. The report added that both suspects are currently assisting with investigations while in custody at the Sogakofe Divisional Police Command. Other details of the case say that the deceased was allegedly beheaded by his relative, Dovi Tsidi at Mafi Aflokofe at 9:00 pm on Sunday. He explained that it was after this that the suspect went into hiding with the self-acclaimed prophetess at a prayer camp.

Domeabra D/A Basic School was established in 1986 by the community folks and since its establishment, successive governments have failed to put up a decent classroom block for the community. During a visit to the school by GhanaWeb's Western Regional Correspondent, it was observed that the wooden and muddy school building does not have doors and windows. The headmaster told GhanaWeb that trained teachers have been refusing postings to the school due to the lack of electricity in the area and also the poor nature of the building. "From KG to primary 6, only three teachers including myself as a headmaster are teaching here. We also want School Feeding Programme, our furniture is not enough, we need some", he concluded.

The Ghana cedi begun this year [2021] with some stability, trading at GH¢5.76 pesewas per US$1, from January through to June. But the recent drop of cedi against the US dollar, in the months of July and August, saw a 2 percent drop in its value thus trading at GH¢6.
