Richard Branson, Founder of Virgin Group, said Virgin Galactic customer experience came first and the spacecraft had been built around that. Virgin Galactic worked with London design agency Seymourpowell on the cabin interior, described as 'an elegant but progressive, experience-focused concept'. The shift from Earth's atmosphere to the edge of space will be 'abrupt', according to the team behind the cabin design. As part of the unveiling of the cabin Virgin has released an augmented reality app that lets users view the cabin and seats in their own room.
