AIM Ireland (Association of Independent Music Ireland), a trade body representing independent record labels, managers, producers and others involved in the business side of the industry, is set to push for greater support for the sector in 2026. In the summer, the Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO) published a report, indicating the average Irish adult spends €172 on music streaming each year.
