Sisters hurt in snatch theft incident


GURUN: Two sisters were injured in a snatch theft incident near a shopping complex here last night. The incident occurred at 8.20pm when the two women aged 26 and 24, were on their way home from a night market in Guar Chempedak. “Her 24-year-old sister lost control of the machine causing them to fall by the roadside.” he said when contacted. Saifi said the suspect who wore black helmet with dark visor fled the scene on a Yamaha 125Z motorcycle. He said the 24-year-old woman sustained bruises on her right elbow and both knees while her sister sustained injuries near her eyes.
