(File photo)The Supreme Court has refused to hear another appeal aimed at increasing the National Party's $225,000 damages bill for the Eminem copyright case. The companies Eight Mile Style and Martin Affiliated respectively own half the copyright and administer copyright for Lose Yourself. Appeals from both sides resulted in a win for the National Party, with the Court of Appeal reducing the damages to $225,000.
