The case of Swaleh Wanjala, alias Bungoma’s James Bond, failed to start on Monday. Officers could not produce original medical documents. Wanjala is out on Sh30,000 bond. Principal magistrate William Chepseba adjourned the case. Wanjala hang on a helicopter carrying businessman Jacob Juma’s body during his funeral on May 14.
