In today’s statement, HoR Official Spokesperson, Abdulla Belheeg assured that the transfer of the parliamentary session to Tobruk had nothing to do with the security aspect. He pointed out that the HoR may hold its sessions either in its constitutional headquarters in Benghazi or its temporary headquarters in Tobruk.
