A crackdown was launched after Coast regional coordinator Nelson Marwa visited Lamu and gave police two days to arrest those involved. Lamu police have arrested four suspects in connection with an altercation between herders and farmers two weeks ago, where three people were seriously injured. Some 40 cattle were also slashed.
