Police have arrested a teenage boy who is accused of killing his grandparents at their home in eastern Wisconsin and planning to launch an attack against his own high school. Neenah Joint School District said in a statement Monday that Kraus also planned an attack at Neenah High School, where he is a junior. Alexander Kraus, 17, has been arrested on first-degree intentional homicide charges after he allegedly shot dead his grandparents in Wisconsin. The school district released a statement Monday saying police determined there was no danger to students and staff at the high school and that the school day would proceed as normal. Additional counselors were available to students and there was an extra police presence at the high school, the district said.
