A Dunedin Christmas grinch was stopped in her tracks while allegedly trying to steal bags of children's toys at the weekend. Senior Sergeant Ben Butterfield said a 45-year-old Dunedin woman was arrested about 7am on Saturday at a property on Edwin St in Caversham. She was caught at the scene with an inflatable boat and a bag of children's toys. The woman will appear at the Dunedin District Court on Friday.
