Kiwi Property's gender balance successSUPPLIED Mary-Jane Daly is a director on Kiwi Property. Stock Exchange-listed property companies Kiwi Property and Summerset​ have taken top rankings in a corporate governance index. Kiwi Property took line honours out of the 50 companies surveyed and Summerset was fourth, in the Auckland Centre for Financial Research latest report. The index measures measures the gender balance of directors. ​Other index measures included the shareholding structure.
