OUR SPECIAL CORRESPONDENTSrinagar: Militants have killed a constable guarding a revered Sufi shrine at Charar-e-Sharief, where security has been reinforced since 1995 when it was taken over by rebels. Another policeman died in a separate attack on the residence of a moderate Hurriyat leader on Sunday. A long security operation in 1995 had freed the shrine from the militants.
