ACCORDING to Mahatma Ghandi, “there is always enough for everybody’s needs but never enough for everybody’s greed.” It therefore means collective ownership and equitable distribution of resources are the commonsense and liberation for all human beings. Availability of fuel, food, education housing, transportation, communication, shelter should be in the realm of sunshine and air. No wonder the world is grappling with intractable problems such as wars, hunger, poverty, deprivation, lack, backwardness and underdevelopment. Highly evolved cultures understand all this deeply and they do not charge exorbitant prices on goods and services. Market forces in capitalism claim that when more people chase fewer goods, prices skyrocket but spiritually, because all beings are one inseparable entity, more people do not even have to chase fewer goods because in whatever situation or whatever is available, they share equally.

We shall provide, better training, equipment, pay, and firepower.”It is not unusual for a new Nigerian president to send security chiefs into early retirement upon taking office, as Tinubu did on Monday. Analysts have said the security threats facing Africa’s most populous nation and biggest economy are mainly due to limited resources, which leave Nigerian security forces often outgunned and outnumbered in violent hotspots.

A learning organization can only be built by a learning leader! To lead effectively, the leader must be a great manager of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Leadership responsibility also implies a high level of accountability in three key areas. The leader of a team must recognize that the buck stops at his desk. Responsibility also means that the leader cannot be a people pleaser.
