Accordingly, the construction period as set for in the agreement is 48 months from the day of commencement after the agreement was ratified by the Legislature and approved by the President. The Senate has received her communication and forwarded it to the Joint Committee on Judiciary, and Ways Means and Finance for action in two weeks.

Darius Dillon took to Facebook to double down on his support for Musa Bility, the new chairperson of the Liberty Party. I know the CDC regime is a mess, but Darius Dillon is not the solution. I have never thought that the social degenerate Darius Dillon had any progressive bone in him, not least because of his phony credentials. First, one can credit his rise to political stardom to the degeneration of the CDC regime. Musa Bility exploited his connections with the erstwhile UP government to plunder and accumulate.

Monrovia – On January 20, 2021, Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and Millennium Challenge Account Liberia (MCA-L) marked the close of Liberia`s Compact. The closure of the Compact in Liberia is consistent with the fixed 5-year life span of MCC compacts. Liberia’s eligibility for a second compact will depend on its performance on subsequent MCC scorecards and a performance evaluation on the implementation of the initial compact. Last year, Liberia improved its scorecard performance bypassing 9 out of 20 indicators, compared to 8 out of 20 indicators in the previous year. If Liberia’s performance continues to improve, eligibility for a second compact is possible since a country needs to pass 10 out of 20 indicators.

In the middle of his term, it is reported that the President has fulfilled only 8% of his promises made,” the CPP Chairman charged. The completed roads, the President noted, include 50 kilometers from Harper to Karloken and 16 kilometers from Harper Junction to Cavalla River.
