I note that the current board has 5 men and 2 women representing our children. Balancing out the board with both moms and dads of current students will only benefit our children. The municipal portion of my job was similar to the school’s District Clerk in that I prepared Public Hearing Notices, Propositions, Resolutions, Advertisements for Bids, Board Agendas and Local Laws. When I relocated to Wellsville, I worked for Wellsville Central School and was tasked with duties in the District Office, Bus Garage and High School Office. During my tenure, I learned the inner workings of the District Office and became familiar with our school’s policies and procedures.

The interpreter for Los Angeles Dodgers sensation Shohei Ohtani is set to enter a not guilty plea to charges of bank and tax fraud. Despite last week's agreement to plead guilty in a related gambling scandal, wherein he's accused of embezzling nearly $17 million from Ohtani for illegal betting, the interpreter maintains his innocence in the current proceedings. The anticipated plea is considered a routine part of the legal process and does not negate his prior admission of guilt in the gambling case. The situation remains complex, as the interpreter navigates through the legal ramifications of his alleged involvement in financial crimes. As featured on Mizuhara, ex-interpreter for MLB star Shohei Ohtani, pleads not guilty as a formality LOS ANGELES — The former interpreter for Los Angeles Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani pleaded not guilty Tuesday to bank and tax fraud, a formality ahead of a plea deal he’s negotiated with federal prosecutors in a wide-ranging sports betting case.

While the Cincinnati Reds broke their losing streak finally against the Giants, they followed that win up with a very frustrating loss the following day. As I am writing this, they are hoping to pull off a much-needed series win on Sunday, but there are so many question marks with this roster. Can they find a way to win games when they get behind early? At 40 games into the season, the Reds have a losing record. Fine LineThere is a fine line between being aggressive and making silly mistakes on the pads.

I am also an Indigenous studies scholar who works on Indigenous critiques of imperialism and settler colonialism as an associate professor in Literatures in English at Cornell. It does not want a vibrant, queer, feminist and grounded Indigenous studies department to exist across colleges and disciplines. To build support for Indigenous studies and Palestinian studies on its campus, Cornell needs to commit to a vision borne from divestment. The students in Cornell encampment have made the necessary connections and understand Palestinian dispossession and North American Indigenous dispossession as foundationally linked. The Cornell Daily Sun is interested in publishing a broad and diverse set of content from the Cornell and greater Ithaca community.
