भास्कर न्यूज, पुणे। शहर में परिवहन नियमों का पालन न करने वाले रिक्शाचालकों के खिलाफ उप-प्रादेशिक परिवहन कार्यालय (आरटीओ) ने कड़ी कार्रवाई करने का निर्णय लिया है। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि पिछले दस महीनों में 517 रिक्शाचालकों पर दंडात्मक कार्रवाई की गई, जिससे लगभग 3.61 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना वसूला गया।आरटीओ के अनुसार, पुणे शहर में 2025 तक लगभग 1,29,000 रिक्शाचालक हैं। वाहन चालकों के लिए गणवेश पहनना और पहचान पत्र/बिल्ला दिखाना अनिवार्य है। महाराष्ट्र मोटर वाहन कानून के तहत रिक्शा या किसी वाहन को चलाते समय यह नियम पालन करना जरूरी है। नियमों का पालन न करने वाले या बार-बार उल्लंघन करने वाले चालकों का लाइसेंस अस्थायी रूप से निलंबित या स्थायी रूप से रद्द किया जा सकता है।आरटीओ अधिकारी स्वप्नील भोसले ने बताया कि शहर में कई रिक्शाचालक नियमों की अवहेलना कर रहे हैं, जिसके कारण यात्रियों और सार्वजनिक परिवहन में असुविधा उत्पन्न हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा, यात्रियों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने और सार्वजनिक परिवहन में व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए नियमों का पालन जरूरी है। रिक्शाचालकों को गणवेश पहनना और बिल्ला आसानी से दिखाई देने वाले स्थान पर रखना चाहिए।आरटीओ ने ऐसे बेशिस्त रिक्शाचालकों की पहचान के लिए नियमित जांच और दंडात्मक कार्रवाई की विशेष अभियान शुरू कर दिया है। नियमों का लगातार उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

भास्कर न्यूज, पुणे। पुणे शहर पुलिस में एक बड़ा प्रशासनिक कदम उठाया गया है। लोणी-कालभोर पुलिस थाना के 32 कर्मचारियों को प्रशासकीय कारणों से एक साथ स्थानांतरित करने का आदेश पुलिस आयुक्त अमितेश कुमार ने बुधवार,18 फरवरी देर रात जारी किया।अचानक इतनी बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारियों की जगह बदलने के पीछे का कारण अभी स्पष्ट नहीं है। हालांकि कुछ लोग इसे नियमित प्रशासनिक प्रक्रिया के रूप में देख रहे हैं, वहीं कई पुलिसकर्मी और नागरिक इस फैसले की वजह को लेकर उत्सुक और चिंतित हैं।बदलाव के अनुसार अधिकांश कर्मचारियों को लोहेगांव, हवाई अड्डा, चंदननगर और सिंहगड़ रोड थानों की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। विशेष रूप से लोहेगांव और हवाई अड्डा थानों में बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारियों का स्थानांतरण किया गया है।आदेश में यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया है कि पुलिस अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 22 (एन) के तहत यह बदलाव किया गया है। इस आदेश के तहत 3 सहायक फौजदार, 10 पुलिस हवालदार और 19 पुलिस अमलदारों की जगह बदली गई है। इसके अलावा, पुलिस अमलदार इंद्रजीत जालिंदर डाडर को उनकी मेडिकल और पारिवारिक परिस्थितियों के कारण अनुरोध पर स्थानांतरित किया गया।वरिष्ठ पुलिस निरीक्षकों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि बदली किए गए कर्मचारियों को तत्काल कार्यमुक्त किया जाए। साथ ही नए स्थान पर हाजिरी देने के बाद अनुपालन रिपोर्ट कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा।

डिजिटल डेस्क,जबलपुर। माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल द्वारा आयोजित कक्षा 12वीं की बोर्ड परीक्षा में बुधवार को एक साथ 6 विषयों के पेपर आयोजित किए गए। इनमें 200 परीक्षार्थी गैरहाजिर रहे। वहीं परीक्षा की पवित्रता को बनाए रखने के लिए गठित किए गए उड़नदस्तों ने लगातार निरीक्षण किए। हालांकि किसी भी स्कूल में न तो नकल का कोई प्रकरण बना और न ही किसी प्रकार की कोई अप्रिय स्थिति पाई गई।जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी कार्यालय से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार बुधवार को कक्षा बारहवीं की परीक्षा में रसायन शास्त्र, इतिहास, व्यवसाय अध्ययन, एलिमेंट्स ऑफ साइंस एंड मैथेमेटिक्स, ड्राॅइंग एवं पेंटिंग तथा गृह प्रबंधन, पोषण एवं वस्त्र विज्ञान के पेपर आयोजित हुए। जिले के कुल 99 परीक्षा केन्द्रों में परीक्षा आयोजित की गई। शहरी क्षेत्र के 47 परीक्षा केन्द्रों में दर्ज 10641 परीक्षार्थियों में से 10469 उपस्थित तथा 172 अनुपस्थित रहे। इसी प्रकार ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के 52 परीक्षा केन्द्रों में दर्ज 5886 परीक्षार्थियों में से 5858 उपस्थित तथा 28 अनुपस्थित रहे।इस प्रकार जिले में कुल 16527 परीक्षार्थियों में से 16327 उपस्थित तथा 200 अनुपस्थित रहे। जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी घनश्याम सोनी द्वारा पीएम श्री महारानी लक्ष्मीबाई कन्या उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय एवं पीएम श्री रानी दुर्गावती कन्या उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय गंगा नगर का निरीक्षण किया गया।परीक्षा से रोका, केन्द्र में ही बैठी रोती रहीनर्मदा रोड स्थित जॉनसन स्कूल में बुधवार की सुबह जमकर हंगामा हुआ। यहां मंगलवार को आयोजित 10वीं अंग्रेजी विषय की परीक्षा में एक आदिवासी छात्रा को परीक्षा में केवल इसलिए बैठने नहीं दिया गया, क्योंकि उसकी पूरी फीस नहीं भरी जा सकी थी। छात्रा पूरे समय स्कूल में ही रोती रही, लेकिन कोई नहीं पसीजा। मामले की जानकारी छात्रा ने परिजनों को दी, तब बुधवार को परिजन स्कूल पहुंचे और जमकर हंगामा किया गया। इसके बाद विद्यार्थी परिषद के कार्यकर्ता भी मौके पर पहुंच गए और उन्होंने इसे अन्याय बताया।सूचना मिलने पर जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी स्कूल पहुंचे और सबसे पहले छात्रा को प्रवेश पत्र दिलवाया, ताकि वह बची हुई परीक्षा दे सके। जॉनसन स्कूल में 10वीं कक्षा की छात्रा की कुछ फीस बकाया थी। वह जब प्रवेश पत्र लेने गई तो उससे पूरी फीस जमा करने कहा गया। छात्रा ने आश्वासन दिया कि जल्द ही वह पूरी फीस जमा कर देगी। इसके बाद जब मंगलवार को अंग्रेजी विषय का पेपर था, तब छात्रा सुबह स्कूल पहुंची तो उसे परीक्षा कक्ष में प्रवेश नहीं करने दिया गया। वह गिड़गिड़ाती रही और परीक्षा देने की अनुमति मांगती रही लेकिन किसी ने उसकी एक न सुनी।दोबारा ऐसा किसी के साथ न होआदिवासी छात्रा को परीक्षा देने से रोकने के मामले की जानकारी मिलते ही विद्यार्थी परिषद के महानगर मंत्री आर्यन पुंज परिषद के कार्यकताओं के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे और प्रदर्शन करते हुए स्कूल में तालाबंदी की। इस मौके पर प्रफुल्ल तिवारी, भास्कर पटेल, यश पटेल, सूर्य ठाकुर, संकेत पटेल आदि उपस्थित थे।छात्रा नवम्बर के बाद से स्कूल नहीं गई थी। अब वह अगला पेपर देगी और अंग्रेजी का पेपर दूसरी परीक्षा में देगी। इस मामले की जांच कराई जाएगी।-घनश्याम सोनी, डीईओ
